Upsides: fun, potential prize, competitive experience
Downsides: stressful (!!), I've never streamed before and am not inclined to start, don't have all the cards I want

Stress is a big deal for me since every time I play one of these tournaments my heart starts pounding long before the games actually start. There was the time I played a Pokemon tournament and won the first two rounds, but by the third round I was just so stressed out I chose a trollish team and basically forfeited.

The stress is like the best part. Iron sharpening iron and all that.

After the direct challenge mode was released my mind was in NGA for something like that.Honestly i logged in today to ask in a post if there is a change for an old school (magic duels) tournament and there it is right at the top.I was expecting Kryder , he was doing a good job back there with steam showdown's , but i really trust dogs too

I think I've decided on my deck, but the sideboard...

There's still so many cards to unlock... It'll mostly depend on how many WCs I can unlock until the deadline.

Any guesses on what the meta will be like?

I imagine it will be lots of golgari mid-range, mono-red/mono-white/boros aggro, izzet/Jeskai/grixis control, izzet drakes and a few mono-blue tempo decks. Maybe some mono-green Stompy and selesnya tokens. Which is basically the standard meta atm.

Btw, the rules say 60 + 15 cards so fat stacks are forbidden?

Yeah that pretty much almost sums up all the decks that matter . Some people will possibly play some cheesy homebrews but that wont be a large %. I think it's pretty much impossible to predict the exact meta though (the % of each decks).

I do believe we can record and publish instead of stream. I'm not set up to stream either but I use FRAPS to record and them pop it up on my YT channel. Don't see why you couldn't do that also.
