Wintervoid, your list is bugged. You've got the sorceries repeated under enchantments.

Expansion// Explosion must be huge with Niv around!! doubling the X for damage + one extra card
I´m impressed you didn't include Chemister´s insight or Settle instead of Cleansing nova

I tried Insight because I really like the card, but T4 was too late to dig for answers in this deck. I would really rather run Insight or Search for Azcanta instead of Chart, but when facing a wave of creatures, I need to get to Clarion ASAP or Cleansing if vs Green. If the meta become more control oriented, the other cards make more sense, but as is, the deck does okay vs control, so tuning more vs agro.

Settle has been on my mind. What pushed me towards Nova instead is two fold. First, people will play around Settle weather you have it or not, so you may not get everything you need with settle. There are a few creatures you want to exile, but mostly destroy works fine so far. The second reason is that Nova works better vs control. I have cleared many Bindings with Nova, or killed an Opposing Niv that would not attack. Nova does cost one more, but with my mana base, hitting WW is tougher then getting to 5 mana, so effectively, they come active about the same time in many situations.

Swap the plains for more blue sources, cut Cleansing Nova, add Sinister Sabotage, reduce Expansion/Explosion to a 1- or 2-of, add more Niv Mizzet.

The white splash through duals should be enough for Clarion and Teferi.

I may try the Niv for E/E. I have tried 2-3 before, but with different configurations, and I may be oversold on E/E. E/E has lost some value anyway since I found that a few times I can not use it on my own spells, like Clarion or Lightning. I have put a stop on the phase and used CTRL to do manual control, but sometimes it just does not work. Lost me at least two games with Clarion and the 6/6 green monsters on the board. Second time I was very careful and the spell still did not give me an option to add to stack. He had 3 of the 6/6 in play, and he only had 1 card in hand, so I was pretty certain that would have turned the game in my favor. There were some expletives after that game.

The white I may try going down to one or 0, the second plain is only there for Nova. I have gotten a bit shy on not keeping a vanilla plains (or any land) after a few times of having Field take out my one colored source, and I could not replace it. Maybe I am over reacting though, that happened more last season, and may just not be as big of an issues to keep the one land. When thinking about it, I have probably had more games I delayed Drake by a turn due to a plains then I have had to worry about Fields killing my only W source. Thanks for making me rethink it.

New version. Just went 7-0 on quick constructed. It should show if you explore on MTG Arena Tools. This one is doing better, but still has had soem issues w/ Boros agro (Hence the added low end burn)

Edit: Make that two 7-0 runs in a row. Both should be on Arena tools if you want to verify.

2 x Lyra Dawnbringer
3 x Niv-Mizzet, Parun
1 x Ral, Izzet Viceroy
1 x Ral, Izzet Viceroy
4 x Teferi, Hero of Dominaria
2 x Shivan Fire
4 x Justice Strike
4 x Revitalize
4 x Ionize
2 x Expansion // Explosion
4 x Deafening Clarion
2 x Cleansing Nova
1 x Search for Azcanta
4 x Clifftop Retreat
1 x Glacial Fortress
5 x Island
1 x Mountain
3 x Plains
4 x Sacred Foundry
4 x Steam Vents
4 x Sulfur Falls

Wouldn't fountain of renewal net you more life than revitalize? I know it's not instant and doesn't power other synergies, but they add up quite nicely.

Deck looks awesome, but sooo many rares and mythics would take me ages to collect :D

This is the replacement for Anticipate. Not as good on the draw, but I was a bit weak vs aggro, so I am exchanging some digging for life. As a side benefit, the draw works well with Niv.

I played more, went 6-3 and then added a janky sideboard and went 3-1 in the Metagame challenge. Lost to Counter heavy Telfari. I actually thought I was going to win, but game 3 I had to Mull to 5, and he had more Telfari's then I had counters. At least I got my entry fee back and 3 packs. I also ended up swapping 2 Plains for Glacial Fortresses I picked up today from buying packs with the earlier winnings.

You are right though, this is a rare intensive deck and I still have some I need to get if I want a decent sideboard. At least it is winning back some of the investment :P

Good grief. I just went 6-0 with this thing, it's a beast. Some odd reason it only adds up to 58 cards without the sideboard so I added an essence scatter and a negate for better control. Teferi + Ral + Niv = rifriggindiculous

Lava Coil in main or SB may help there?

So I looked through my collection and noticed I had a pretty good mix of spells to make a Jeskai pile. So, this is what I put together...

4 Sinister Sabotage (GRN) 54
2 Essence Scatter (M19) 54
2 Negate (RIX) 44
3 Deafening Clarion (GRN) 165
3 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria (DAR) GR6
4 Justice Strike (GRN) 182
2 Settle the Wreckage (XLN) 34
1 Cleansing Nova (M19) 9
2 Search for Azcanta (XLN) 74
3 Chemister's Insight (GRN) 32
2 Ral, Izzet Viceroy (GRN) 195
2 Syncopate (DAR) 67
1 Dawn of Hope (GRN) 8
2 Ionize (GRN) 179
7 Island (RIX) 193
3 Clifftop Retreat (DAR) 239
1 Glacial Fortress (XLN) 255
3 Sacred Foundry (GRN) 254
3 Steam Vents (GRN) 257
3 Sulfur Falls (DAR) 247
7 Plains (RIX) 192

Deck is currently a dog to RDW (currently 2-7 against the archetype), but does pretty well against against pretty much everything else I've come across.

So, I'm trying to put a Jeskai Control deck together. On paper the solution to play 8 sweepers looks nice, as it kills pretty much everything and vs control you still have counters and Niv+Teferi.
But somehow it still manages to lose more than win o_O

//Creatures (3):
3 x Niv-Mizzet, Parun

//Planeswalkers (3):
3 x Teferi, Hero of Dominaria

//Non-creature Spells (29):
4 x Opt
3 x Settle the Wreckage
4 x Treasure Map
2 x Cleansing Nova
4 x Sinister Sabotage
4 x Lava Coil
4 x Deafening Clarion
4 x Ionize

//Lands (25):
4 x Clifftop Retreat
4 x Sulfur Falls
4 x Glacial Fortress
2 x Plains
3 x Island
4 x Sacred Foundry
4 x Steam Vents

//View and edit deck: https://mtgarena.pro/deckbuilder/26255da171d2896

Any tips on improving it?

I think you play way too many sweepers. Max 6 should do (4 Clarion, 2 Settle). This deck wants to ramp asap into Niv, so it's more of a hybrid tempo deck than full control. Also, you want to protect Niv, since Niv + untap = game over in many cases. I would advice running 4 Niv's and 1 or 2 Dive Downs.

This is a version I'm testing at the moment for Bo1, just to get an idea:

3 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria (DAR) 207
4 Niv-Mizzet, Parun (GRN) 192
4 Deafening Clarion (GRN) 165
2 Dive Down (XLN) 53
2 Expansion // Explosion (GRN) 224
4 Opt (DAR) 60
4 Clifftop Retreat (DAR) 239
4 Glacial Fortress (XLN) 255
5 Island (M19) 268
4 Sacred Foundry (GRN) 254
4 Steam Vents (GRN) 257
4 Sulfur Falls (DAR) 247
2 Seal Away (DAR) 31
4 Treasure Map (XLN) 250
3 Negate (RIX) 44
4 Revitalize (M19) 35
2 Settle the Wreckage (XLN) 34
1 Spell Pierce (XLN) 81
