Something like say ... the fight for Otaria during the Phyrexian invasion? As a smallish area it is justifiable to hath only a few armies (one or two each - even if that is only 4), and still hast a diversity of terrain types.

That sounds rather snazzy there, the ol' spawn of evil are not the best for getting sleep, but at least thou hast thine own minions to do all those annoying tasks.

Unfortunately not enough to really get much happening. Had a few turns, but didn't really get very far. Had a few OSMQs, but that's about it really. At this point it is just those who hopefully subscribe to the thread.

Not surprising, I never expected the game to last forever(or long enough that it feels like eternity), old guards leave due to real life(I'm sure I'm not the only one who thought it was a good idea to get married and have kids), new ones are hard to come by due to other competition. Even during round 2 recruitment was extremely hard. It didn't help that MtG storyline took so long to return to Dominaria and Phyrexia of old is practically non-existent(no more interest on the war).

What was the last tally when it end? How many rounds did Phyrexia won?

To be honest, we stopped keeping track >.>. It might hath ended up as 3-3, or 4-2 for Phyrexia, someone with a better memory on that front might need to weigh in. But thee know, 13 years is still a pretty good run.
We seem to remember that there was a bit of an internal interest with New Phyrexia popping up, but by then the game was regulated to a group tucked out of the way and not clearly visible anymore which made things that wee bit tougher again.

1. Resigned from my job(The writing's on the wall, it was going to close in a few years).
2. Bought a land and built a 3 storey bldg. for business purpose(Used up almost all our saving and my severance pay doing so).
3. Trying to get more lessee/boarders and fill up the remaining vacancy to maximize profit.

Those art rather exciting things indeed! Although we suspect more than a little on the terrifying side on occasion. But it should be easier to get tenants to stay once they art converted to Phyrexians. We trust that this is only the beginnings of thine operations to spread outwards?
We hath been doing a wee PhD on social construction of housing tenure in New Zealand on this end, somewhat less immediately costly, but we'll see how that one goes.

Nah, getting lessee is easy, we're close to a college so students boarders and school supply/food stalls quickly rented our available spaces. Construction of the building on the other hand was the hard part, there were days we can barely sleep because we are worrying about the budget. Halfway through construction we were seriously contemplating borrowing from the bank to make sure we have the necessary fund. Luckily we didn't need to. If there's one regret we have it's the construction of the third floor, we had it made as a party/conference venue(diversity is prudent and all but what the hell were we thinking?). There are still a lot of students looking for a place to board so if we had it segregated for single room occupants we could've almost doubled our monthly revenue easy. Once we have enough funds we'll have it renovated.

Are you planning to have a civil, church/temple, garden wedding or something that requires human sacrifice?

All a learning experience after all, and the conference floor seemed a good idea at the time, and never know, it might still be handy until it gets renovated? It turns out that we art working as a tenant advocate this way, so we trust thou art not a terrible landlord too! How's the time frame looking for that extra bit of building? And at least thee know how to go about it without too much trouble as well.

Garden wedding, it is our summer after all, and we found a garden filled with dinosaurs and fae >.>. It means that sacrifice will be necessary of course, so there are a few not favourite relatives coming. Everything should work out rather well on that front, the fae are happy, dinosaurs fed, and don't need to listen to annoying aunties. Admittedly we started planning about 18 months ago as Lorna's family is over Scotland way, so needed to give them lots of time to decide if can come and save.
