Last year, I found myself pondering a question: "if I sat down and tried to write a game from start to finish in a single go, what's the worst thing that could happen?"

It turns out that the answer is this.

Storynexus is the free-to-use game engine based on the devtools used to make Fallen London (formerly known as Echo Bazaar).

Unlike FL (which is one of the best indie games ever made), Storynexus turned out to be an unmitigated failure on par with Gleemax. It was discontinued and put into maintenance mode several years ago. Its own creators have cautioned prospective authors to use alternative engines and avoid Storynexus if possible.

As such, it is a perfect platform to make a game about Brexit.

I can't deny the appropriateness there. Looks like I'll have to sign in and play.
