Some sweet new cards:
A wall that pings oops when you cast instants and sorceries.
A card that exiles opp's graveyard for a turn and let's you cast his stuff.
A red enchantment that lets you see and play the top card of your deck, but you can't play cards from your hand (let's you sac it though) really interesting for combo decks I'd say.
Rajiv a boros 3cc 3/2 legendary with haste and mentor that prevents non-compete damage to other creatures. Looks nice.
A meh selesnya plot card.

I think the Experimental Frenzy has potential for Combo like you said. I also wonder if it could be good in a low mana curve deck? Thinking something that runs like your suicide black deck as a one of. Of course, the 4 CC probably precludes inclusion, but in a deck like that you could easily cast 2-3 spells a turn to just overwhelm your opponent.

More cards:
Difundeplagas, a 3cc black 3/2 that makes everyone sac a creature or PW.
Alba de Esperanza, a 2cc white enchantment that lets you pay to draw a card whenever you gain life and also makes lifelink dorks for . Looks pretty damn good to me, I can see a counter-post type control deck running this.
Drowned secrets 2CC blue enchantment, cast a blue spell, mill a player for 2. Looks like a decent T2 play for mono-blue mill. Add fraying sanity and the new tutelage and turbo mill will be really fast.
Rest is unexciting.

Unexciting? Haste mentor that protects from burn, the 1/1 elf that grows. A lot of nice cards.

Pelt Collector is a 4-of in any Naya Zoo builds.

Agreed. Pelt Collector requires very little support to be an obviously good 1 drop. I could see it in a variety of decks, ranging from aggro to self bounce to even some sort of crats deck.

This set looks kaladesh level bonkers. Even the really expensive stuff has big pay-offs. So much for a Johnny like me to explore...
My only qualm is that aggro looks like boros only, so that'll get boring and I already have a kick-ass boros deck right now (which reminds me, I should post it...)

Finally another good Jump-Start card. Risk Factor is basically an instant-speed (targeted) Browbeat (dealing 4 instead of 5) with Jump-Start; could easily make it into any burn/aggro shell (specifically mono-R Wizards with or without Flame of Keld).

Kraul Harpooner looks friggin amazing. 3/2 Reach for 2 mana is already great; doubles down as basically a sorcery-speed Plummet AND if you can give it haste it can attack for 3+x (x being the number of creature cards in your graveyard). Hot damn. Limited all-star, possibly constructed playable.

Pelt Collector indeed looks good, especially considering Champion of the Parish sees Modern play, and Pelt is better than it (not a Human, though)

And if these weren't enough good 1-drops, there also is Haazda Marshal; a 1/1 with basically Batallion: Create a 1/1 lifelink. Selesniya looking damn fine right now.

Pelt Collector + Llanowar Elves + Knight of Autumn + Trostani make Naya potentially viable. Definitely slower than straight Boros, but it may be able to outsize it.

Disagree about Risk Factor being good. Browbeat wasn't good.

And Pelt Collector is worse than Champion of the Parish, because Champion got boosted by all humans, not just stronger humans. More like Experiment One. Definitely a standard All-Star, but Pelt Collector likely won't see any Modern play.

4 risk factor, 4 sword point diplomacy, 4 ping walls, 4 gutter Snipes + all the burn you can fit in and maybe some of those viashinos and you got yourself a burn deck.

Just noticed Difundeplagas (plague spreader?) Is a actually an upgraded fleshbag marauder (without the zombie creature type, which is a shame).

I don't know how to evaluate Camaraderie. It is one of those cards that my gut says "well, this is too expensive. It costs 6 AND it requires a strong board state? Worthless."

And then there is this other voice that says "Holy ****, that effect is amazing. If you resolve it, you'll absolutely win."

If we get another mana bug, I have a feeling this thing sees competitive play.

Risk Factor wants to find a home in Counter-burn.

But Counterburn hasn't been a thing in like 20 years.

It looks very playable in a saprolings deck. With a song of freyalise, you can cast it T3 or T4 no problem.

I guess. It's worth testing, especially since post-rotation, there will probably alot less Chainwhirlers to fear.

Chamber sentry looks like a weird converge ballista wannabe. Probably a card for 5-color superfriends with that new artifact that lets lands give any colour.
