Technically, yes. However, the game end on the next turn so it really is moot 99.99% of the time.

They botched another card, the one that switches power/toughness by forgetting to put until end of turn and that's gonna get a day 0 errata, so I'm guessing they did it again.

I guess you could follow up with a wrath next turn to clear the way if for some reason you are running one.

Doubt it. Seems like it was intentional. They can't kill your creatures the next turn. Then you either win or lose.

I think the new card pool basically guarantees that the Turbo Fog deck is dead. Boros and Dimir both have a ton of tools to hose it now.

Chance at Glory is going to allow for a bunch of pseudo turn 4 kills.

Wow, a storm enchantment? 6cc is pushed but definitely one for those wacky combos. I can see people trying to break this with nexus.
I guess wotc are big dimir fans because most if not all dimir cards look good/playable, I can't remember any of them being straight up jank, especially compared to the other guilds. Thank goodness scarab god is gone or everyone would be playing that deck...

Dimir got nerfed so many times in the DOTPs. It's about time for a strong Dimir set even though I just found out I'm really Simic... lol.

T3: Legion Warboss
T4: Leonin Warleader
T5: Divine Visitation, swing for 16+ (12 in the air)?

Almost certainly not worth it. Can't wait to try it. :D

Actually that's pretty boss. Gotta have removal early to stop that spanking.

On another note...Etrata the Silencer just spoiled. New way to win games.

Also, Malicious Downpayment...a 4-mana counterspell that exiles AND returns 4 cards back into your library. Well damn.

When I first saw this card, I really wanted to make a deck with it. I loved Procession decks, and this seemed to be a variation making tokens more deadly. But I have two concerns about this card. First, it is 5 mana. You want an impact card at 5 mana. Now, in the above scenario, this can pay off T5, so that concern is partially mitigated. My main concern though, is that the ability does not stack. Each procession after the first was a massive improvement. With this card, additional copies do nothing for you. So, does it provide enough value to build a deck around, knowing you will have 3 dead cards in your deck? Maybe, we will have to see if the cards are there. The other side is are there decks that generally produce enough tokens where this would be a good 1-2 of as a supplement to that deck? Probably.

Anyway, I am sure I will try it because it just looks fun.

In that scenario, it's probably still worth it because if one sticks around for a turn, it's a huge payoff.

But it's slow and I don't feel like non-Dimir decks can afford to be slow.

Prey Snatcher might be a useful SB card for Golgari Midrange against RDW and BDW.

House Troll might be good value at 3 mana, potentially swinging for 6 turn 4, but he's an expensive engine and doesn't really protect himself at all.

Nothing else from this new batch interests me much.

What are your thought on this guys?

All you need is to find a way to tutor and/or flicker her :D

Maybe if self-milling and reanimation are fast enough and repeatable... you could use a sac outlet with her trigger on the stack...
Even then you'd auto-lose to control.

I'd totally run her in Limited though.
