Fog is either really intensive or utterly draw-go depending on the stage of the match. It's not a slow deck though timewise, games should be faster than pretty much any control mirror. Some people just want to annoy the opponent I guess. Had some mono red players pull that on me, which just baffled me - they could have finished a game in the time they were taking for a turn

I suspect some people are fishing for a concede - I just tab out and watch youtube while checking on the game thumbnail now and then.

Back when I used to compete in CCGs, I remember Europeans but especially Greeks deliberately using the timer as a game advantage. I wonder if that guy is doing that.

Some guy did this to me when I was playing Esper Control the other night. Just scroll though Bumble or do something else. No big deal.

I remember when I played in the World Cup in Essen, Germany and everyone warned me about how Europeans use the time as a resource to win. Team Greece was BRUTAL, but at the same time were the coolest guys ever. I got to hand-pick my team so I put an Austrian and a Norweigian in my squad. It was glorious. Miss those days.

I used to screenshot the ropers and report them. Stopped doing that some time ago. It's only if I meet the same person and they do it again that I will go through the trouble of reporting. Sometimes it's an issue outside of being a jerk. I know... I have a wife, two kids, a dog, two birds, three cats, a rabbit, some fish, a more than likely dead hermit crab and a venus flytrap.
