Ok so big update today, you can check the MTG arena forums but I made a summary for you lazy bastards:
New Player Experience or NPEYes, we are finally at the point where we would like to start getting feedback on our new player experience! As players move through the experience, they’ll learn more about how to play the game and unlock additional cards for their deck. Once complete, players will get a total of five preconstructed decks featuring Core Set 2019, one for each color. After that, they’ll get a quest chain that rewards a further ten dual-colored decks. In addition to the cards that players will get as a part of the preconstructed decks earnable through the New Player Experience, we’ll be giving each player three booster packs to start off, as well as four copies of the common dual-color lands.
Languages Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish are arriving in MTG Arena
WILD CARDS and VAULTWe are working on getting rid of the Vault and replacing it with something better, and this update has the first step.
One piece of feedback that we wanted to address with this change was that many players felt that the Vault was really feast or famine. You basically only got the Wildcards you opened in your booster packs until you had done enough to open a Vault, where you get a burst of new ones. Starting with tomorrow’s update, rather than contributing to the Vault, opening a booster pack contributes to a new Wildcard track. This new Wildcard track opens every third booster pack and clearly indicates which Wildcard is the next one you’ll earn. These are in addition to Wildcards you may open in packs.
The overall result is a slightly higher rate of Wildcard acquisition at a more steady pace, though the rate you will open them within packs has been lowered. The guaranteed drop rate in packs for Mythics and Rares are both every 30 packs, Uncommons every six, and Commons every five.
Here's the Wildcard Track:
We are still exploring options for what happens when a player opens their 5th copy of a card. We didn’t find an answer we liked for this update, so we left things like they are until we find something we do like and can remove the Vault entirely. Since we haven’t found a good solution yet, we are going to give every player a Vault’s worth of Wildcards.
TurboCop -a guy from discord- made a simulation of opening 130 packs
Ok here's the wildcard rate after 130 packs in the old model.
Common 42
Uncommon 57
Rare 25Mythic 10
And here's the wildcard rate after 130 packs in the new model Common 42
Uncommon 59
Rare 34Mythic 10
The numbers come from a simulation of getting 130 packs, accounting for all sources of wildcards
vault progress from dups, packs, the wheel, and natural dropsSo with the new model, they improved specifically the drop rate of rare wildcards

End Turn has always had two modes. Clicking the End Turn button or hitting currently enter hard ends your turn no matter what your opponent does, and Shift-Enter ends your turn unless your opponent does something. With this update we’ve changed the End Turn button’s visuals and we’ve swapped the functionality. Hitting the button will now pass your turn unless your opponent acts and you can respond. Enter will now pass unless your opponent acts and you can respond. Shift-Enter will hard pass your turn no matter what now
