I feel like the first two may be similar as they're both guild based and even if not meant to be drafted together I'm sure Wizards thinks that people will want the Ravnican blocks actually related (I know I do). But the third is using Ravnica as the backdrop because it's popular not for the real point of it so it'll probably be cohesive with the other two enough to not make for a bad Standard environment but not actually related or nothing. But hey, return of Shocklands and maybe Bouncelands or Guildgates. Inshallah.

Also I tried to watch the video and cringed out at 1:36. It had even hit high levels yet I just realized I have much lower tolerance for cringe than I thought.

Ravnica 1 did fantastic, but Ravnica 2 was not the total slamdunk they were expecting.
They caught a lot more flak than expected about it. That isn't making a statement of success or lack of, just that expectations weren't on the money.
