This deck is kind of an off-shoot of my wizards deck. Focusing on cheap flyers and anthems, with some bombs thrown in.

Don't have a good deal of the cards yet, but this is the next list I'm gonna be working at. It should have much the same strength and weaknesses that izzet wizards has, but be a little less explosive, but more consistent and have bigger bodies.
Any and all suggestions are welcome.

Tempest Djinn Is definitively a card to build around, I like mono blue but I just don´t have half this cards... I can see Warkite Marauder in there for sure tho -also don't have any copies of him-

Yeah, Marauder is a good option, although you don't really take advantage of the ability (except to remove a blocker). Could replace the Aerialists (a bit conditional, like Rigging Runner), or at least some.
Do you think the deck should run more counters? Could replace the Riddleforms (don't work well with counterspells), but I like the idea of T2 Riddleform, T3 Winds, attack with a 4/4.

I guess that with stormtamer you are covered on the counters. T3 4/4 flyer sounds great to me!
What do you think of Curious Obsession over Chart a course?

I feel that if your focus is on flyers CO is by far the superior card. Mana cost less, possibility of multiple draws. For one more mana you get the possibility of drawing 2 cards from CaC.... maybe. Obsession made the cut over Chart in all my flying decks except my Drake Fling and now I think about it, it would have a place there also, if I was willing to change my deck that is.

Yeah, I've got to agree, but the deck as is, is a dud. Just too slow and inconsistent vs other aggro decks. Tempest Djinn is the only card that has been performing and if you don't draw it... Game over.
