Here are comments on your own cards
Dudibus - That's a pretty cool idea. I like how you can get one the first time and two the second time if your spell has multiple targets, but don't like how heroic does nothing after that (perhaps it needs
Nissa's Chosen ability, and make it cost more). The flavour is good, "I wanna be a hero too".
altimis - That's some interesting design space. One thing about these Johnny cards is that someone finds the single best way to break it and a lot of other combos may be forgotten, but the journey of discovery is still fun. My vote is
Skirk Fire Marshal twice, but I'm sure there's something better.
Lilystorm - A hero that you only want to target at instant speed, that's a bit different. Someone tries to doom blade my other creature, I give my bodyguard pro black and make the doom blade target him instead so neither of them die - but in that case I could have just given the original creature pro black. This might be a bit narrow, either stealing pump spells, or being able to 2 for 1 yourself by using a random spell on your bodyguard and letting him die anyway rather than letting other dude die.
Cato - That seems like an extension of the mini cycle with the red one that shocks and the black one that edicts. It also feels like a mini
Tidespout Tyrant which is a fan favourite, so nice design and I think they might even do this.
dtolle - The heroic ability seems tacked on here. Why do I care about a counter if I've already got a 6/6 haste lifelink? It is funny to have a heroic monster but it would never be in Theros since half the flavour is heroes versus monsters.
miss_bun - This is like Dudibus's one with less shuffling and no limit on how many you can make, so I guess that is an improvement (I'll assume you simply didn't see theirs though). I think that if you're going to be making a million tokens, they should have square stats (1/1 could work). Why is it red?
squinty_eyes - Doesn't work within the rules because heroic is an abilityword not a keyword, but I like what you're trying to do. What about copying it for each other creature regardless of heroic or not? However another glaring issue is that it does not work with auras, which is half the point of heroic. (Perhaps "if its an instant or sorcery, copy it - if its a permanent spell, make a token copy of it as it enters the battlefield?)
Planeshaper - This reads very funny (why wouldn't I just target the guy I want to target in the first place) but there is a practical application, they try to doom blade him, you can giant growth, blink him out, then retarget the giant growth back to him. It would feel better if he had a comes into play ability such as gain three life, and remove the vigilance so there is a point to blinking him to be a surprise blocker.
Mown - I think this should care about power rather than toughness just for consistency with previous effects. You kind of point out in the reminder text that this does not work in the ideal way, but it is a nice card for trying to target it multiple times in a turn.
Lilan - I assume you put the spell you searched for into your hand? That's a pretty crazy Johnny card and I've got no idea what people would do with it, though I wonder if it makes it too easy to search for
Ancestral Recall in vintage.
iamajellydonut - Another way to cheat out
Eldrazi Conscription? Well I guess it is still design space in that it doesn't care what you target it with, good for those situations where all you have is doom blade.
Confused - You can't make the fight happen after the spell resolves. Also there is no game meaning of win the fight.
OK final ruling. Your forum wins! There will be no further rounds because there's not much interest on the other forum. Lots of good cards here and it's hard to pick an individual who clearly stood above the rest but if I have to choose I'll call Cato the MVP. Gratz!
