Considering making sueing someone for defamation. Any advice?

Can you provide evidence to support a loss caused by the defamer's actions? If so, you may be able to extract compensation. Proceed.

Obviously you can't be too specific because legal, but to prove defamation you have to have ironclad proof they A) Said the thing and B) it negatively hurt you.

A can be tricky to prove, whereas B can often be nigh impossible.

Talk to a real lawyer, they generally will at least hear you out.

Unless you have a few hundred thousand dollars lying around to set on fire, then go for it.

I am washing my not-yet-sullied hands of Comixology.
Bizarre password issues have left me without comics, and my computer the recent victim of a 32-hit perfect victory combo.
Eh well, doesn't look like you save that much anyway- unless it automatically put those prices into $CAD (without bothering to make that clear at any point).

Now that Christmas approaches once again I think we should take the time to reflect on the fact that Santa Claus, a character that wears red and white, is actually :r::w:. :thinking_emoji:

Depends, I guess. Some Santa depictions also have a heavy amount of (family and traditions part).

Its not like it isn't entirely there though, since he is jolly and part of his character is advocating fun. Also he throws thunderbolts:

I decided to give this another try >> http://vorthosian-inquisition.tumblr.com/ :V

Just in time for Christmas~! (If only we have it my former religion... :/).

But if you celebrate it, Merry Christmas to you nonetheless. :D

Thanks! A Merry Christmas to you guys too! *collective hug*

I mean, you don't need to be religious to celebrate Christmas, I'm super agnostic and I'm into it nevertheless ;)

*clicks link*

"and existentialist questions about why am I still a fan of Magic even though majority of the time it ****s on the things I like or liked about it". I know, right? I'm basically just waiting for Dominaria, and then I'm pretty sure I'm going to leave the sinking ship...

Siiiiiilent niiiiight, hooooooly niiiiiight,
Aaaaall is caaaalm, aaaall is briiiight
And that's all I remember of those lyrics...

I feel it's weird to apologize fro wishing somebody a happy [holiday they don't celebrate]. They may not celebrate it as Christmas, but the day's still called Christmas (or whatever other holiday) and you want them to have a happy [that day]. I wouldn't for a second hesitate to wish somebody a happy Holi; heck, if I leave somebody confused I call it a bonus.
It's kind of like wishing somebody a nice trip to "Northern occupied Mexico"; when you say "Texas" they know you're wishing them a happy holiday.

happy holidays, merry xmas, and early happy new year, and may 2018 treat you better than 2017 has.

Because I am both late and early to the possible holidays.

17 years later and I just realized that discarding one fire energy for Blaine's Charizard's first attack does 40 damage. I wish I had known this 17 years ago.

I really want to make my Return to Ulgrotha set but I don't want people to think I've given up on Matahouroa. What do?

Make Return to Ulgrotha but tell people you haven't given up on Matahouroa.

Make your return set. Call fake news on anyone that thinks you abandoned Matahouroa.
