It should be a really, really awful card like Unlicensed Disintegration! Man, I hate that horrible, horrible card. Yes, sir, that’s a hard one to build around.

Haven't we had enough jank? I'd like to play with something really powerful for once. Like Kazuul's Toll Collector. Slam that and just watch my opponent's pixels n bits just start to quiver.

I got a card for the next round it is a card that can engage some crazy fun builds, and it is my all time favorite common in duels.

Oh sweet, that card blew me out in Izzet Mill. I’m awful with that card, should be fun. I can already predict either Cucho or Haven will win. Red mages unite

It’s hilarious that my favourite deck (Nomads gardening, arrogant as it was ) was Soups least favourite. That’s wild. At least the entire planet agrees that Havens Ramp deck was the WORST

Congrats to The Cuch!

I might have to participate in one of these at one point, getting to pick the card looks like fun

Congrats to Cucho! I’m still gonna try to test all of these builds meself and am looking forward to trying yours. Speaking of which, I just finished my last 2 games with Haven’s build (recaps at end of page 6 - it ended up 2-3 losing to Lili and then to mana screw).

So... Cathartic Reunion next, eh? I agree that its a great common. In fact, its so good that it practically breaks itself! I’m tempted to add a card just to make sure these decks still suck, but... I won’t. We’ll try it Cucho’s way and build nice, Spiky madness decks for Barney and Soup to not hate as much as they normally would.

I got a project I need to be working on so I’ll post the next contest thread tonight.

Are you kidding? Cathartic Reunion is so good a card, even I could build a functional deck around it.

I was hoping for some real jank, like Gruesome Slaughter or Grizzled Angler.

Cathartic reunion can feed lots of cool funky decks, there is reanimator, enigma fling, drake heaven, izzet mill, izzet spells, madness shenanigans... I just wanted to make a shift of gears.
Never a brake.. never a brake...

Alright you bastards, I’m participating in the next one, simple to live the dream of getting to pick the card. I have five in mind already, two of them are playable so I think I’ll eliminate those

I totally made a deck around Reunion too and not in the traditional madness way, but rather to dig to stabilize a combo deck as fast as possible. I think I went 14-2 with it in testing but that won’t count in the normal judging rounds (if I’m still allowed to judge)

Ive already sent to Flaky

Flaky! You need to create a new thread for Break-a-Cars, Round 4!

Alright, I'm working on it! I'm working on it! Sheesh!

:D

Edit: it's up. And yay, Barney is in! I can't wait to hear him trash talk his own deck.

Never did finish that project today, either...

Nomad I’m sad to say Arrogant Gardening has come to an end. After a strong 6-0 start, I got two straight losses to Selesnya Superfrirnds and Mardu Vamps

Thanks for the fun deck!!
