I got another gig. It's two days of shooting next week and they already took my mug shot yesterday so it should be more involved than the Rizzoli and Isles episode a couple of years ago. It's going to be on that new show SWAT, with that guy who used to be on Criminal Minds. Still just background work so you may or may not be able to pick me out of the crowd

Out of all the people I've met and played with from the boards I would have to say that he and I must get together for beers and mischief sometime before we die.
It's a short list but I'd still like to see all the core members get together sometime, somewhere.

He was wearing his full SWAT gear the entire time we were shooting. Kenny and Shemar said it was about 30 pounds of equipment between the backpack, helmet, vest, and guns.

I got a bro-hug from Shemar when he walked on set the first time. It was actually really cool set to be on. Him and Kenny were very approachable for being the stars on the set. There were polite to a fault. At one time, another Extra and I had to tell Kenny, We're gonna start resisting you, you're gonna need to force us into the cell a little harder. It worked and he liked that.

I'm gonna be in quite a few scenes so I got my first SAG voucher. Long day so lots of overtime. And a fun set with a cast and crew that were all chill and not dicks. Not how it'll always be but it sure makes the other experiences more bearable.

Dunno. It might be called "Eagle" since that was the codeword we used, but that may have just been a codeword. I checked IMDB and the Director that was there only directed 1 episode for the show, so it was definitly episode 9. They just showed Episode 2 last Thursday. 7 thursdays from that is December 21st but they, most likely, won't be showing episodes that week due to the holiday break. It might be until January 4th, 11th or 18th.
