Ok whew, I’m glad stuff still taps, that’s a key feature to Magic

Stuff would still tap anyway even if they didn't physically show tapping and only did the arrow or something else.

if the cards didn't turn sideways, I'd consider that a HUGE mistake design-wise for Arena. That's the quintessential Magic experience is turning your cards.

If you think having a little arrow symbol on top of the "cards" that shows its tapped is the same, I don't know what to tell you.

Haha, true and I was originally disturbed by how little they tapped but I have gotten used to it and understand it now after they did that stream explaining it.

yeah, i certainly understand their motivation. I just really hope it FEELS like Magic, if you know what I mean. if it even feels a LITTLE like Hearthstone, that's a really big turnoff for me. The original Duels of the Planeswalkers did a good job and really making me feel like I was playing Magic. The summoning stack, the tapping, the aiming to which player you want to attack in FFA (I used to do that IRL too). I love all those little things.

I used to be one of those that want the full 90 degrees tap. But when I saw an old build that did this, it looked ugly because of square sized cards. I guess 10 degree turn is alright.

45 might have been nice cuz the cards would look like diamonds.
