Bear in mind that there wasn't an actual game being played (that's for next week), but this was a really interesting stream. They are making some divisive choices, but at least they have a philosophy behind them, and aren't doing them just because.

Haha I asked ages ago and then saw pretty much right after when they showed that screen of them 4 walkers out but then they somehow found my question later and answered it.

I like Discord, but not for text. It can get convoluted pretty fast.

Yeah, the game is still like a month away from closed beta, it's not really surprising the place is pretty quiet.

Reddit/discord is good for finding info on the game cause the devs are around there, but they both have their problems (reddit's upvote system is awful, and discord is more of a live chat thing then a forum)

As if you can't be at both. Discord and even reddit isn't good for sustained and more developed discussion unlike a forum like this which can have such expanded discussions that are easy to keep track of, where it would otherwise become lost and can no longer be discussed without being a repeat on such platforms (as reddit and discord).
However at the same time this time of forum isn't the best for fast and reactionary type discourse that the discord or reddit is better at like going over what is happening right then and right there, typically topics that are just for then and die down later (e.g. talking about what is happening on stream).

They're not for the same things for the most part and saying to jump ship and that people are silly to still be here is completely wrong. Maybe discussion is a bit low because its not quite the right time yet but I figure a forum like this will be more handy than reddit or discord for a lot of things with how discussions and chats can get lost and muddled without a proper forum organisation.
That being said I dunno if anything like a deck building section can survive here despite being the place over reddit and discord because its just gonna end up being standard decks which already get discussed in many other places.
