Preferred Pronoun Set: he/him/his/his/himself
Double Strike - Windfury
Haste - Charge
Surge - Combo
Deathtouch - Poisonous
Lifelink - Lifesteal
Enrage - Enrage

Note 1: It's progressively more and more blatant.
Note 2: When MTG uses HS ideas, it usully changes them somewhat, probably intentionally: MTG enrage
is a repeatable trigger while HS's is usually a static, Surge is alternative cost while Combo is extra effect, Last Reckoning cycle doubletaps all lands, not just some, and so on. However, when HS uses MTG ideas, sometimes it's 100% exact copy, even with obvious imperfections: for example, Lifelink is weird for technical reasons (5/5 vampire gains you 5 life by eating a 1/1; Vampire gives life to YOU instead of healing ITSELF), and Hearthstone, while digital and less limited by rule complexity, and with appropriate damage system, copied that stuff too.

None of those effects are unusual for a card game to hit upon regardless. Double strike and windfury are really quite different.

I really do not think MtG's enrage is inspired by Hearthstone's.

You think Lifesteal should heal the minion itself?

1) Sure, they play different, because of different combat system. Still, direct copies.
2) HA ! Are you reeeeeeeeally suuuuuure ?????
3) Yep ! Why not ? Sure, it will play very differently, and probably be weaker and go in other decks, but it'll finally be logical.

This is an illusion. Similar systems are bound to lead to similar mechanics just like how seperate branches of evolution end up having very similar traits like tails and fins and etc.

Any card game with combat will probably have a multiple attack mechanic, a healing mechanic. Yugioh, hearhtstone, magic, eternal, duelyst i think even, all have haste mechanics. Most of those have double strike, even pokemon has a couple with double attacks.

Also lifelink heealing the minions would be a lot more powerful, possibly broken

I agree that lifesteal healing the minion would be really powerful.

Combo is a straight port from the World of Warcraft TCG from years ago, so it doesn't really qualify.

And anyway, creaturesmasher card games are bound to have similar mechanics, partly because things like they work very well.
