I know from Kindle the Carnage that a single source can have multiple instances of damage even within the same stack object resolution according to the gatherer ruling, but I also know that card is a corner case and I wasn't sure if that same corner case applied here.
It will only trigger once. Ripjaw Raptor has only been dealt damage damage once. There's only 1 instance of "everything takes damage", even if that instance causes the Ripjaw Raptor to take 2 damage. The reason Kindle the Carnage can deal multiple instances of damage is because as you follow through it's instructions, it deals it multiple, but separate, times (it repeats).

Pariah and Barrier set up replacement effects. Armor sets up a prevention effect. Prevention effects and replacement effects are applied at basically the same time. The controller of a permanent or the player being affected by an event that can be replaced or prevented chooses the order in which replacement effects and prevention effects are applied. So, you can do things one of two ways:
Redirect damage to Ripjaw before it is dealt to you. Lashknife Barrier prevents reduces 1 of that damage. Ripjaw takes 1 damage.
or
Prevent 1 damage to you. Prevent Reduce 1 damage that would be dealt to Ripjaw. No damage is dealt.
Relevant rules
616.1. If two or more replacement and/or prevention effects are attempting to modify the way an event affects an object or player, the affected object’s controller (or its owner if it has no controller) or the affected player chooses one to apply, following the steps listed below. If two or more players have to make these choices at the same time, choices are made in APNAP order (see rule 101.4). 616.1a If any of the replacement and/or prevention effects are self-replacement effects (see rule 614.15), one of them must be chosen. If not, proceed to rule 616.1b. 616.1b If any of the replacement and/or prevention effects would modify under whose control an object would enter the battlefield, one of them must be chosen. If not, proceed to rule 616.1c. 616.1c If any of the replacement and/or prevention effects would cause an object to become a copy of another object as it enters the battlefield, one of them must be chosen. If not, proceed to rule 616.1d. 616.1d Any of the applicable replacement and/or prevention effects may be chosen. 616.1e Once the chosen effect has been applied, this process is repeated (taking into account only replacement or prevention effects that would now be applicable) until there are no more left to apply. 616.1f While following the steps in 616.1a–d, one replacement or prevention effect may apply to an event, and another may apply to an event contained within the first event. In this case, the second effect can’t be chosen until after the first effect has been chosen.
616.2. A replacement or prevention effect can become applicable to an event as the result of another replacement or prevention effect that modifies the event
Edit: I'm sorry, I didn't actually check the Oracle text of Lashknife Barrier. It's a replacement effect as well, not a prevention effect. Not that it changes the outcome. It just changes interactions with stuff like Unstable Footing.
