If that's your way of saying the card already exists, how about linking? The closest I can find is Jund Panorama which costs 1 more to sacrifice

Madcap Skills is close, although admittedly it costs double.

Very difficult to imagine that a creature Aura that doesn't replace itself or do anything to protect the creature can be OP, though.

At least I don't think so... Dune Beetle (I was rather surprised by this card), Grizzled Leotau, and Yoked Ox are pretty close. There are likely plenty of color and p/t combinations that haven't been done.

I did think of a similar card, viz

Sanguine Sommelier :1:

Creature - Vampire
When Sanguine Sommelier enters the battlefield, target opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
