Vanquish is pretty terrible, and I'd rather no more than a single white card. I'd say take Benthic Giant, and hope to Naiad him to victory. We need an end-game beyond Ashiok.

Scourgemark. It's a black permanent in our devotion deck that makes our evasive creatures better. Oh, and we draw a card.

Still, I'm a bit disappointed this is the best we can do for pick four. Not that it's a bad card, but a Harpy would be so much better.

this, easily. i'd probably pick vanquish if we had more white and no removal, but it's pretty bad if you have other options.

Well, it's just that your opinion of the Giant is very much a minority one. I can think of at least three blue commons which are a class better than the Giant, and if I was not too lazy to look at the spoiler, I'd probably find a few more. You are of course welcome to your opinion, but you should ask yourself why most other players think differently.

I stuck with the Giant because I'm having a hard time seeing the end game of this, and adding +1/+0, 1 easier-to-remove devotion, and having no heroic guys going off doesn't seem like an end-game card.
