Wait! That's it!! The ammit and the manticore may have gotten a free pass, but I take Initiate's Companion as proof that cats competed in the trials!!!

What other facilities hold the non-trial Eternals is another question, but the legion storms Naktamun, fulfilling the will of the God-Pharaoh who oversees it all from the sky. Nicol Bolas takes note of the leading edges of his army's conquests, squints, and then sees, and wonders out loud

Bolas: "... why is there a housecat in my army? Who in their right mind allowed this? I clearly didn't kill Hazoret dead enough for this mockery-"

At that moment, Whiskers the Eternal springs forward against a resolute phalanx of surviving initiates. In an azure blur of claws, he cuts through them, the mortal defenders of Naktamun becoming little more than a shower of gore, their hopes shattered and lives ended before the rank-and-file eternals even made it within striking range.

Bolas blinks.
