What? But your comment is at the bottom of 599. Is someone hiding a page from me?

Looks like the trolls of the sports world took an L last night. And I'm glad some of the sport writers are supporting this. The Unwritten Rulebook of baseball is a joke anyways. These rules wouldn't fly in any other sport so I'm not sure why the baseball fanatics cling so tightly to them. The worst part of it is the "retaliation" from opposing pitchers by hitting the batter. Aren't these atheletes supposed to be grown ass men? Why they act so butthurt so easily. And Yasiel's response! HA! "The Mets players were just giving me advice. I appreciate that from them, good advice helps." Way to troll the trolls.

It thrills me how this subforum took off and I believe is THE place that represents the duels community.
I sincerely hope the MMO or whatever the acronym is and the new digital game gives us all something to be excited about at the beginning and strong enough to keep us all together.
Still serious about trying to have a NGA get together one of these days.
Time will tell.

I'd probably go to that. I'd be slamming pints with Hakeem until Vert shows up and drags me off to a poker room.

If Yumi showed up, the whole dynamic would get totally warped. Same with Mobius.

If Mobius showed up, him and I would just yell at anyone that walked in the door until they left. LOL J/K or not J/K... IDK

He would , i don't think you would. You seem cool as balls

Hey I ran into Katie Holmes today and afterwards I was told that Patrick Stewart was right there and I didn't even notice him. I felt crushed. That guy is probably the only celebrity that might turn me into a quivering pile of mush if I were to meet him

Where?

This story reminds me of how I almost ran over Jennifer Aniston, the wife of Jason Bateman, a producer friend of theirs and 2 other people that were with them. LOL

So, I had picked up my girlfriend from her place of work on Melrose Ave (no more details). This place is frequented by Jennifer Aniston, who is close friends with Jason Bateman's wife, and this producer guy (whom I don't have a name for, sorry). I pick her up in the back and leave via the alley way. As I'm get to the street there is a group of 5 people walking in a straight line CROSS WAYS across the alley, coming towards me. The even cross the street in this shoulder-to-shoulder fashion (not shoulder close but spread out). So they're walking at me, but taking up so much room I have no way to go around them, left or right. I wasn't in a mood to look at who they were, all I saw was two attractive ladies with a big, bald, muscly, tattooed guy and two normal looking, nondescript guys who are now blocking my way and frustrating me.

After they walk by and I'm driving away, my GF says "That was Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman's wife." My reply, "No, those were some dumb people who were purposefully blocking an automobile in an area they shouldn't even be walking in. But yeah, I saw one of them looked cute, didn't realize it was Jennifer though." She laughed.

Classic story!
And Barn, having never met him but having played many games with him, I would term sixty as cool.
Saying that I can picture him standing there with a bourbon and yelling at people in a subdued tone.
Jesus bro, we need to get some games in with the new crowd I've met.
I definitely will be on tomorrow evening with some very good beer to sip on as I draw a 70.5 hour check with my raise on it.

That means today, right? I should be on by 6pm PT. The woman will most likely be gone. I still have half a 12-pack chillin in the mini-fridge.

Well, I guess I'll give someone a ramp to open the next page then.

@TPmanW: Down below right next to the number of pages there's a post counter. 20 posts a page. Do the math.
