Yeah, from what I understand, Japanese schools get way more funding. Like, schools with swimming pools and everything.
Luckily the West wins out in daycare services.

Wait, are you trying to somehow insinuate that you've got an education above a daycare level Barney? I don't believe you ;).

Now that Marvel is banned; I'm expecting Vehicles and Zombies to be the decks to beat. is still probably the correct choice for a control variant as you'll have access to Sweltering Suns for Zombies and Abrade for Kiran.

You don't think that Temur energy decks will still be strong? The base deck seems good.

...so I assume there isn't really much point in attempting to get back into the game / sub-forum at this point since both seem to be on their last legs?

Shame - I needed my CCG itch scratched. Anyone got any suggestions for good CCGs? I know about Gwent and Hearthstone but haven't really looked much into either (other then finding Hearthstone's art grossly unappealing to me).

So, E3 was incredibly mediocre. Yay?

Frustration of load times - PS4, XBOXONE.

It seems that in on respect gaming has regressed. As a gamer from 8bit ZX81 era and later I remember loading games from cassettes. Spending a nervous long wait for the load, and hoping you had the volume right.

The console era with Super Famicom, Sega, Atari gave immediate play games. Nintendo stuck to cartridges for longer before disc based media (and capacity) took over.

In the PS2, Xbox, SNES, N64 era it was still pretty quick to get immediately into a game.

PS3, Xbox 360, Wii and GameCube similar.

However these days if you buy a new game on PS4 or XBOXONE gone are the days of just putting the disc in and playing. Even new releases.

I get that games are probably released before all bugs are known but it's increasingly annoying to buy a new game and being back to the 8 bit days of long waits for games to load before you can start playing. Except now you are waiting for the latest patch.

And some take hours, days, ..... what's that all about?

Main culprit for now is Morrowind for Elder Scrolls. My PS4 unhelpfully indicates that it is 99 hours to wait! Great!?

There's still plenty of reason to get back into the game (community, not-so-much). I'm assuming by get back into you mean you don't have all the cards yet so there's still plenty of decks to be built and played. You'll also be able to find games for Duels for a long time, except on PS4 which I think is going to be the player base to drop off quickest.

Hakeem I used to love your posts back during DotP12-14 on the mothership and some here. All I have seen from you after my return is negativity and I guess you love the fact the game has been abandoned by the wizzbutts. I almost feel bad for you, what happened to you?

When I stopped reading this forum / mothership (I can't remember when I gave up) it was because mjack literally killed my desire to read his name and garbage in every thread. Now I generally skip your posts, this makes me sad because I used to love your posts.

It's pretty fitting that you get to be at the top of page 600. It's been a long road from there to here, since you started this thread and all.
