I want to reply game 1 against Vert because the game glitched and was syncing in and out. I could not respond to the Selfless Spirit trigger to use my other removal spell. I could not respond to Verts threats. I request a rematch of game 1.
This is very similar to the first KOTH which I won, and Pure agrees with this because my name is on the first page, but still you remain to have this mistruth under your signature for a reason no one can figure out.

If the game forces you to do something that is contrary to the rules, make it right (ie, if you get away with casting/doing something for free and there should have been a cost, add the appropriate mana to your mana pool and let it drain at the end of the current phase). Any doubts or questions, contact me. 8) Recording - As defined in the Mission Statement, participants are required to either stream via Twitch.tv (and archive broadcast) or post a recording of their match on YouTube. This is two-fold; first, also defined in the Mission Statement, to fulfill the purpose of creating content. Second, to have a record of your actions in case arbitration is required. If there is a discrepancy with your games I will need to have evidence (ie, the recording) to judge it fairly. It is the player's responsibility to post video links to the Match results/Video Link page when they have completed their match with their opponent along with the result.
I'd say that I hope the irony of you using a time pure ruled that lag that cost me a finals as evidence that the rules don't apply to you, but... All irony is lost on you.

Lag did not cost you the finals. Pure looked at your POV and noticed NO FREEZING OR LAG but instead an honest misclick on a Gideon token instead of the Gideon. SAD.
In fact, no one else viewed any lag or can back up your mysterious claim.

Gem this happens all the time when people try to cast instants during the other persons turn. It's just part of the game. It's happened to me a bunch too and I scream about it in my twitch but I've never asked for a replay. It's not a disconnect . There's nothing in the rules to cover this cuz it's common sense. It's just part of the game and Vert gets screwed by this ALL THE TIME against me and has never asked for a replay. You lost. Your deck is still awesome.

But seriously we can't be replaying matches when people miss their triggers, it will never end. This happens all the time. Connectivity glitches are a wash cuz they affect both sides at the same frequency

I didn't miss my trigger. The game just didn't give me one. Things were popping in and out of the graveyard form POV.
EDIT: Even if he does back things up, Vert STILL WON'T REPLAY IT. And I don't want a free win because of that. I want a fair game 4. If I lose that game I lose, if I win, the match is still undecided because Pure needs to judge that game 1 and choose if he wants to count game 4 or not. SIMPLE.
EDIT: Of course I want back on the list.

You don't wait to see if you win the match anyway. No way. NO WAY. I've played enough competitive matches with Vert to say that I bet he would have said yes. I had major connection problems in our finals once and he offered to replay each disconnect. Our best of five went to nine games, all with different decks

This is reasonable. If gem had issues in game 1, you bring it up during game 1. You don't get to see if you win and only ask to not count it since you lost. If gem believed game 1 stopped counting when he allegedly missed a trigger, he shouldn't have kept playing. Even assuming there was a lag issue, it was waived anyway.

Holy crap bois. I go MIA for 2 days and all hell breaks loose! Just going to throw my 2 cents in (for what it's worth these days): We had a similar situation Vert and I about a month ago I'd say, where he lagged out on his Glimmer of Genius scry and it pretty much costed him the game (arguably). He didn't play another match or complain about it afterword. He messaged me immediately, told me what happened, and we went from there. Gem, from the thread it sounds like you didn't tell Vert about the lag until after the fact. Not cool. It's done.

No he wouldn't. He would have taken my concession as a lose and neglected to even look at my Twitch to see my POV to see if I indeed had issues. What if I lied to him game 1, how would he have known then? That fact that amidst the evidence of lag he STILLS wants to claim it as a win.
Assuming I DID in fact LIE about lag in game 1, we would have played out 4 games regardless. He could have only found out afterwards anyways after re-watching my stream. So, we're still back to square one in which game 4 should be played out.
