No he did not, so for round 3 as someone suggested just put him up against someone already qualified for top 8 as he still won't do that one either.

Why doesn't the organizer just kill him out?

Not that easy, the program does not have a drop out option, I have a suggestion but as this is a collective efort I need to check with SD and Sando to rule out.

Pair him with me again since I'm the only one that played him. I'm told by Cucho I qualified already so we both will have zero impact on the qualifying round

Hmmm... doesn't look like anybody has automatically qualified going into round three. In fact if I am reading this correctly it looks like there is a mathematical chance of having 10 team with a 2-1 record. so I don't think there is an easy solution regarding Insert_Witty

how with only 3 control decks out of 14 I get paired twice against them? ugh... sigh... ugh again!

Hey all. If I may, I would like to propose an alternative solution for the organizers' consideration.
If my observational skills serve me correctly, my deck has literally lived up to its name. (ba-dum-tsss)
As I had no intentions of winning [this time around] anyway, I'm just both glad and thankful that there is an iOS tournament to participate in. Here's to many more, in fact.

If it's all the same to everyone (perhaps also more practical), I would prefer to politely bow out of my slot and have Zen take it instead, if he doesn't object, ofcourse.
That way, the least amount of people are affected by Witty's no-show and everything can sail along smoothly.

I wouldn't at all mind switching to KotH until the next tournament.

Neon, thanks for the offer but ideally we want to rely on the round matching app and do need to consider how we solve the issue for future. Ensuring the match is played but with an alternative pilot seems the best alternative.

Whilst we appeciate you offer and the spirit it was intended it is still best to try and observe the deck pairings as proposed by the app. We also want to make it clear that for any participating and giving up their time we do want them to honour the 3 match commitment.

We will rely on good old maths after round 3 completes. With a lot of 3 point players matching a win will give one of them 6 points. 3 participants can guarantee it with a win anyway but the top 8 will be determined by the final results table post round 3 and any possible tie-breakers if and when required. SD

Actually I remember a time soon after launch of AMK where the game kept pairing us. I even mentioned your user name on a Reddit post because I was so sick of having the game keep pairing me with the same person, as if there were only five total players on the IOS platform.

Well - What App is used for the pairing here so I may exert my fury on it for pairing me in consecutive rounds with the two decks I least wanted to face OUT OF 12 AND THEN 11 OTHER POSSIBLE OPTIONS????

App-arently, one that also struggles with recalibrating a table. Coz math.
