As for picking opponents, how about we limit the king to choose from the next 3 opponents only if the 1st and 2nd opponents won't be available within the next 3 days? I've already scheduled my match with Barney for Saturday. Vert and I will likely square off tonight and if I see Pure online (hopefully he doesn't ignore my text) I can play him too.

Gem wins 2-0. I thought this would be a good deck against control but I couldn't do a damn thing. i went tall in the first game and wide in the second and neither worked.

I want to reply game 1 against Vert because the game glitched and was syncing in and out. I could not respond to the Selfless Spirit trigger to use my other removal spell. I could not respond to Verts threats. I request a rematch of game 1.
Those sync errors happen all the time though. It's a risk playing control just for that reason. Did you play game three yet?
I don't recall having a syncing error that bad. Why is that specific for Control decks? You play instants PERIOD you run the risk of encountering that problem, or ANY spell for that matter. Vert has flash creatures. We played out 3 games total but all I want is a replay of game 1. Have it on Twitch for Pure to look at.

The time you tried to sac your Selfless Spirit I should've been able to cast my other Fatal Push, and upon playing your other Selfless Spirit I have a counter for it. That one freeze up because of the network, which was also evident by your side of the match is the point in where that game is invalid. Not saying I should've won as the record is still 1-1. I just want to play a 4th game and send them to Pure for arbitration. Simple. Don't take advantage of the situation.
This is very similar to the first KOTH which I won, and Pure agrees with this because my name is on the first page, but still you remain to have this mistruth under your signature for a reason no one can figure out.

6) Disconnects - If there is a disconnect, we will assume that it was unintentional and replay the match UNLESS it is clearly obvious that one of the players had an insurmountable advantage and would have likely won. This needs to be agreed upon by BOTH players, and I need to know this via PM that you both were in agreement. If both players do not agree, replay the match anyway and then PM me with your video link (to include timestamps where this DC occurred) and I will make the call. Remember this is a friendly tournament and aims to promote content...don't be a dick. 7) Bugged Cards - A lot of these were corrected, but some were not. Instead of going over individual cards, here's the basic rule: You, the player, will have (hopefully) been practicing with your deck for some time and know any buggy interactions that occur with the cards you have selected for your deck. Regardless of what you can do, don't do anything that is contrary to the rules of the cards/game as written. If the game forces you to do something that is contrary to the rules, make it right (ie, if you get away with casting/doing something for free and there should have been a cost, add the appropriate mana to your mana pool and let it drain at the end of the current phase). Any doubts or questions, contact me. 8) Recording - As defined in the Mission Statement, participants are required to either stream via Twitch.tv (and archive broadcast) or post a recording of their match on YouTube. This is two-fold; first, also defined in the Mission Statement, to fulfill the purpose of creating content. Second, to have a record of your actions in case arbitration is required. If there is a discrepancy with your games I will need to have evidence (ie, the recording) to judge it fairly. It is the player's responsibility to post video links to the Match results/Video Link page when they have completed their match with their opponent along with the result.
