My (faulty) thought process was "this hand doesn't guarantee victory, a turn 3 aetherborn is slow and I'm not guaranteed to hit 6 for the angel - I'm going to fish for a hand to slaughter". It was a very greedy call, and the wrong one.

Yeah I looked back after and it looked much better, my hand besides game 3 were pretty meh also.
I feel like we would both update the lists if we could lol.

game 3 was basically the nut draw for this list.(still a slow win, but it was hard to beat outside og that damned trials gid)

on this build sure, but of the 3 you listed my other build only really loses to counter magic, life gain is no issue until they hit about 120ish
besides that yeah i can lose to the odd fast deck but it's rare.

Ultimately that's why I mulled game 3, I really wanted to find and slam a gideon of the trials but I shouldn't have been so greedy. I let myself get overly focused on that 1 card for guaranteed victory. All in all for me this whole tournament is just about getting a feel for doing tournaments on Duels, what people like to play, how tight I'll need to play, etc. So it's all good. GGs
