Eh, not really. How likely is it to win you the game that turn? If it doesn't, you probably lost. Reminds be of Yogg-Saron. I mean really, what's the most OP thing you can do with it?

Should probably be regular cards and not spells, though, or else you can just fill your deck with burn for an easy win. Lightning Bolt x2 Lava Burst x2 Jade Lightning x2… +1 spell power totem and that's game right there. So yeah then I guess it's probably broken. But if it were just regular drawing I think it'd probably fine. You'd have to seriously sacrifice your early game to get any value out of it. Only problem is then it feels kinda Druid-y. Anyway. Reminds me of Primal Surge. It'd be better if it were Legendary somehow. The point is I love the idea of a 10 mana spell with Overload 10 and this comes pretty close to what I'd hope that would look like.

Its designed to win the game most of the time you cast it. The ideal is to draw into enough burn to outright kill the opponent, and if not to get them low enough while wiping their board that you have an opportunity to win even while effectively losing your next turn. I never played while yogg was a thing although I still followed the game at that point and I guess he was too strong and this card is similar. It should outright win you the game more often than pre-nerf yogg did, while leaving you in a worse overall position when it doesn't than pre-nerf yogg did. I was worried about drawing cards in general because that would make the card more inevitable since it probably both clears your opponents board and puts you in a really good position to win within a turn or two, so it ends up being slower but more consistent that way. It could be that the burn is too consistent itself though, in which case I might be tempted to reduce the number of cards you draw (although that detracts from the wow factor of the card which i think is important)

getting any spell power to stick in a meta where people run this is probably also not trivial.
