If you are still looking for a solution, here are some links that could help you get started.
Disclaimer: being a macOS user myself, I'll just describe the process from that perspective.
If you're using Windows, additional digging may be required. With that said:

1) Regardless of your OS of choice, you will require a desktop/laptop running the freeware OBS.
2) Once you have installed OBS, the first part of the following guide will show you how to link OBS to your Twitch channel.
3) As you'll now want to select the A/V source for your stream (i.e. your iOS device), follow these few steps.

Having completed the guide from step 3, you should now be pretty much good to go.

Once you have your QT window up and running, I would recommend checking its settings in the drop-down menu next to the Rec button.
For instance, mine had the quality set to 'high' rather than 'maximum'. Simply preposterous.
Also, this same menu will let you select the audio source to go with your video feed.

Anyhow, if you weren't already up and running (which would kind of render this 'novella' somewhat redundant ), check it out.

On a Mac OS, its even easier!
Just open quicktime, connect ipad/iphobe on the USB and it mirrors tour ipad. Then just hit record and you're done

No worries, in fact you don´t even have to have an NGA user for participating, It´s recommended for communication issues but not mandatory.

Wizard and Mort, SD is kind of out with the attacks on England so don´t worry if your name is yet not registered on the Trial of Solidarity, I can say that your decks have arrived and we have 10 initiates ready to go + 3 viziers so that´s 13 already
