4) Worms-style paintball - paint bazookas instead of paint guns !
(Said bazookas should not have a very long direct-fire range, so you'd have to calculate parabolic trajectories.)

I don't think gems are a type 3 civilization in the sense that we aren't a type 1 civilization. They ought to be somewhere between 2 and 3.

i like rebellion though

Maybe. But I think that the thing about Kardashev Scale is that even a difference of 1 point means you are going to have a bad, bad time during war. And probably (95+%) be horribly screwed.

Me likes rebs too ^_^ !
(I mean, it's not that they don't have a shot at winning... But they should forget power-fists and captainamerica shields and use powerful
weapons befitting their dire situation.)

A remake of "quantum leap", but starring a democratic socialist. Every episode ends with the protagonist being locked up in whatever kind of forced labor camp is specific to that society (gulag, concentration camp, prison).

20) A realistic remake of Quantum Leap: universe isn't obsessed with humans and morale; "body-swapping" is an extremely (!) problematic thing that cannot just occur naturally, time travel is serious business, and most certainly not connected to such an arbitrary thing as a lifespan of a human, azatoth will imminently devour the universe, etc etc...
