Possible the same for others but with the new set drop been playing a decent amount of versus and a few solo matches. Completed story of course.

I was surprised when I received the max coins message. I suspect it's counting quest gold as well.

Anyone else finding it the same? (Platform iOS)

It's been reported in the Missing coins thread as well. Check whether you still gain gold, even though you got the message.

Yeah sounds like its a kind of visual bug with the message popping up at 200 but the game still lets you go to 400 like usual.

No probs. Agreed it's just the message is too early, probably an easy fix so no bigee!

Today I hit the gold cap a lot earlier than I expected. Today I've gotten

165 gold from wins,
20 gold from first daily ranked win and
240 gold from 3 80 quests.

Unlike previously when the notification was just early, this time I actually can't earn anymore gold.

It seems like it counted the gold from the quests in the 400 gold cap, yet not the 20 bonus from first ranked win. Anyone else having issues with this?

It pops up early for me, but i still get coins for a few wins after the pop up saying I am capped.

It popped up at the right time for me today after I earned 400 gold, I opened up my usual 3 packs and 4th from the overflow leftover from yesterday.

Hrm, I'll see what happens tomorrow. I don't understand how they've managed to mess this up though. I've had it pop up early but been able to earn gold still, not pop up before 400 gold, and now pop up early and not earning any more gold. Why were they even messing around with that part of the code?

Yeah its odd, but i think it's just a glitch.
day 1 mine popped around 200 coins.
I would have normally stopped but i was testing decks and i was still getting coins even after the note popped up.

Yesterday I got DC'd from the server after my first win and sat there clicking 'Retry' till I reconnected (11 times). As soon as I got back to the menu I had an extra 330 gold (11 wins worth). I quickly bought two packs but still had 120 gold (due to leftovers from the day before). Played another game and lost and when I got back to the menu I had 0 gold. I think I ended up earning up to my limit (if you take into account what I spent and what I had to re-earn (although you probably can't say I earned it in the first place, lol)).

EDIT: Lol, happened again today. Sat there for 20 mins hitting 'Retry' after first win, ended up with 320 gold (30 left over, 270 from 9 retries, 20 from first win of the day). Bought two packs, now on to another match to see if I lose the 20 sitting there.

This explains that random gold I got.
