If you have multiple effects triggered at the beginning of your upkeep you can choose how to put them on the stack (not in duels). What happens if one of these effects is from one of your cards and another effect is from one of your opponent's card? I mean how they are put on the stack.

I think it always goes active player (your turn) then non active player

So for example it's player 1's turn, their upkeep trigger goes on the stack, then Players 2 upkeep trigger will be put on the stack on top of it and resolve first

The active player puts their triggers on the stack in the order of his choosing. Then the opponent puts his triggers on the stack, again in the order of their choosing. The stack will then resolve as usual, meaning the opponents triggers resolve first.

EDIT: Ninja'd. :D

Time for me to ask a rules question somebody might know better than me.

I have six lands in play. Does Dawn (Dusk//Dawn) return my Sylvan Advocate from the graveyard to the battlefield? I assume it doesn't, but I'd like to be sure.

That's an ability that is only active on the battlefield, he has 2 power in the graveyard and everywhere else.

Duels screws this up, so if you played a Key to the City T2, then an Asylum Visitor later in the game it will never let you stack it so that you can draw 3 cards a turn.

Brain in a Jar + Jace, Telepath Unbound...

When you Jace, can you use your Brain to cast the selected spell in the graveyard?

Magic is usually very specific, being a word based game. Brain in the Jar specifically states, from your hand. And Jace's ability doesn't say, "You may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard as if it were in your hand this turn."

Don't take my word for it. I'd wait for at least a lvl 1 judge to answer, but that looks like a no go.

Yeah they don't interact, Jace gives the spell a kind of flashback like ability that lets it cast from graveyard and is never in your hand.

In Duels, Baral, Chief of Compliance's spell cost reduction also doesn't work in tandem with Brain in a Jar, confirmed. Is it supposed to?

That would be no. Cards that look at cc always refer to the original cast cost on the card. Effects that affect what you pay for spells don't actually change the casting cost.
It may be trickier with split cards, because those have 2 different ccs, but in this case one of those only refers to the aftermath spell that has to be played from the gy and brain has to be from the hand.

Got a question about Oracle's vault, does it let you play sorcery speed stuff at instant speed? I'm thinking no because it looks similar to abbot of keral keep but just making sure. Thanks!

You are correct, all normal timing rules apply.

Cheers, another question... How would 2 anointed procession's work? In the same way as doubling season where you get quadruple the tokens if you have 2 on the field?

If you control two Anointed Processions, then the number of tokens created is four times the original number. If you control three, then the number of tokens created is eight times the original number, and so on.

Has anyone here ever figured out how to use the regenerate ability in Duels? I'd tried to run it in the past, but I never quite figured it out. It was during the no-priority Era, so my issue may have been a timing one, too.
