After I finished KLD I started saving my coins; I have about 6500 coins and: Origins 48/80, BfZ 8/80, OGW 6/64, SOI 3/80, EMN 0/64, KLD 80/80, AER 64/64

I'm hoping I can get AKH finished in not too long and then go back and finish ORI. After that, not sure. BfZ for the lands? Save up until the next sale? I want to avoid what happened to me with KAL, when iI missed out because it went on sale literally the day I finished it.

Blew all my gold on all the accessories, sitting on around 5k, gonna have to go back to buying packs as I have the gold for them..like an animal

I've been playing since the release on Steam and on ios since last fall (I skiped SOI season due to the priority "feature" and I accidentally skipped 3/4 of BFZ because I didn't realize it had come out). I am behind because I don't have a lot of time to play and I can't afford to buy coins.

However I have a lot of fun when I do play, I have just enough unlocked on Steam to make a deck that wins a fair amount and with just a chunk of Kaladesh I am wrecking ios. (Whenever ios is feeling generous and lets me into a versus game, sometimes I have to wait a long time to get into a match. I wish it would give us more information, like "attempting to connect" or "no other players available" or something like that.)

I guess it doesn't help that I play other games too, for example I recently beat Pokemon X, Battletoads and Whomp 'Em.

I just hit 20k without really trying. I can't really find time to play everyday, so I try to clear my dailies every 3/4 days. Once you hit unlock next set on release coins, it just kind of snowballs without too much effort. Helps to have a couple of good decks with various colors and themes for the quests and going for faster decks helps as you get more games in for the same amount of time...

sitting on about 7k here, got all cards and some of the bling i fancied...

it be fun to actually earn cards again and not have the full set as of day one. and anyhow, there is soooooo much choice now.

I typically play for about 30-35 minutes in the mornings when I'm on the exercise bike, focusing on the daily quests. Makes for some interesting plays when I have a hard time reading the cards or am really pushing through some resistance intervals.

Just short of 40k here. F2P player since ORI, was able to buy every set on release since EMN.

I think I just cracked 43k yesterday. I like to have a 3 expansion buffer in case I get tired of playing and I've only spent real money when the game came out. All cosmetics except the Jaces

Around 80K right now. Coin basically becomes irrelevant once you hit 20K and play on a regular basis. If you have 7K right now you'll be able to grind to unlock the full set for the beginning of fight club simply by 1) making sure you win daily 2) complete all your daily quests and 3) hit your max cap on the weekend (or days off if it's not the weekend for you). If you're tight on time then strap into your best fast aggro deck for the next couple weeks

Ever since EMN I've been buying everything on release day and ending at 25-28k then slowly building my way up to 38-41k while the season runs its course. Its like I'm on a loop. Is not like I play every day or grind out coin limits either, I'd wait for 2-3 daily quests to pile up and do them all at once. I played a lot more during the game's first year, though.

As it was mentioned before, your coin acquisition rate snowballs the moment you can start buying sets on release. You get to enjoy the first few weeks of the season with full powered decks which is when people play this game the most.

I will be somewhere between 8-9k when the set releases.

At this point I don't have the excuse that I started late either, since I had enough to purchase like 9/10th of the AER stuff the day it was released, and had the last little bits of the set and cosmetic stuff unlocked within a week or so of the release.

This time though it is just laziness. I just haven't been playing as much lately.

Still wont be spending any money though. Even with the little gold that I have if I go back into full on grind mode I will have everything unlocked in a couple of weeks anyways.
