I saw Deadpool. Very good little movie, looking forward to the sequel. Excellent choreography throughout, especially the fight with Ajax. One review I read said that a downside to the movie was that the final boss was just a lackey. Did I miss something? It seemed like Ajax was the guy in charge of the black market mutant marketing.

Even if his core base are cultists, the fact of the matter is that they're increasingly a minority.

You can easily win an election with 45% support. A lot of Americans vote for 3rd party candidates, or don't vote at all. Beyond that, you can even get votes from people who don't like you if you can convince them that the other candidate is worse.

As reassuring as it is to think that Trump's abhorrent record has alienated people, he's still popular among his supporters. The question of how to stop Trump remains decidedly unsolved.

You know, for once I'm more in Lily's camp. I happily traded away all my expeditions (though I might have kept a couple OGW ones) and would have done similarly with most of the Masterpieces, but I'll be holding onto Invocations.

If I ever win the lottery Id like to make an EDH deck made entirety of expensive, rare, and/or hard to get promos. FTV, expeditions, old mpr cards, judge foils, etc. Ultimate useless swag deck.

Well you've already got the Sol Ring available in Kaladesh. I guess the Guru lands would probably fit best for swag basics though Euro and APAC could also do. Who would command it, though? Judge Elesh Norn (with all text in Phyrexian)? Between Kaladesh Masterpieces and FTV you might actually be able to produce a decent mono-white Stax shell -- Sphere of Resistance, Tangle Wire, Smokestack, Strip Mine, Armageddon... you could get Crucible in Masterpiece or Judge. Basically all of the White Invocations would be good choices.
