When is the EXACT deadline to submit decklist? Do list HAVE to be UB?

No exact deadline, consider the end of 14 March in any country you live. When i will make the poll it will be already 15 March all over the world.
The list have to be dimir, but a little splash is allowed if you satisfy some requirements. Check this post for details: viewtopic.php?p=542453#p542453

yeah, at least 12 would be good so I could use these things for the artifacts quest. Right now I got 2 decks that I use for that:

DJ's Radkos Vehicles
WreckedEm's Boros Vehicles

To call these decks night and day is the understatement of the century. DJ's deck is one of my best performing decks and Wrecked's deck can't seem to win a SINGLE match on the ladder. It's hilarious. No problem against AI though. Both of these have exactly 12 artifacts.

9 decks submitted till now (without mine ). It seems we need more than a week to test them all.

Or if we get to 12, we can do 2 groups and then make the finalist fight for the glory

Ah, thx. I haven't used the PM feature much so I didn't know it worked that way. I thought the outbox was like a holding zone for messages marked for sending but unable to be sent for some reason.

Let's talk a bit about the rules. Decklists are public this time, hopefully this will make the poll discussion great again, you can post here your ideas and whatever you want until the deadline, but send me the decklists by PM.
No color constraints, since the cardpool is already limited. Also trying to alternate rounds with and without constraints.
As you know, pauper means that only commons are allowed. Anyway, since there is no pauper format on duels and no reason to build such decklists apart for this contest, i give you some help. The manabase is exempt from restrictions, so every land is allowed.
The deadline to submit your decklist is the end of 7 April, in whichever timezone you are in.

This could be a spicy idea for the contest or a bad one as well, since you could have hard time in ladder. But i hope you will enjoy it, brewing and testing something never tried yet. Also continue to post ideas for next rounds whenever you have one, since i have only one but after the next release.
Have fun deckbuilders, i'm sure that we will see some good ideas and we will declare one of you the pauper master!

against normal ladder, 100%. That's why it's so challenging. Winning against Pauper is like winning against Danno.
