Next round will start probably this weekend or at the beginning of next week. So there is time for the discussion in maggit's thread, and also i don't like to start one so close to the previous one.

So any ideas on the table for the next theme?

I already have 2 ideas, one was my idea for round 2 but then i decided to go for something that people requested, second one is an idea from a person in the feedback thread i made 2 weeks ago.
As always just write your ideas at the end of the poll, or in the other thread, i will consider them, but next theme is already decided

For future consideration if the next contest is decided - as the last theme relied heavily on creatures, ya know so you actually had something to flicker, how about going in the opposite direction: creatureless control? Or at least enforce a maximum of 2-3 creatures as I suppose people will want the option to include Torrential Gearhulk.

Just for fun, if we didn't have anonymous deck builders, would Vert have gotten less votes, moar votes or the same? I honestly have no idea.

Like last time I think DJ got votes cuz he's intensely likable. I mean, that deck was hawt gahbage. I think Gem and Maggit's builds would have had moar votes if it was anonymous too.

But with Vert... I have no idea what would happen. I'm guessing LESS votes.

it's too funny that Temur Fog won and it's the only deck I even tried. I don't think I would have voted for it after testing all the decks (note: i didn't vote at all this time). Cuz it only went 2-1. I'm sure other decks might have outperformed. I have them all built so I have no choice but to test them

My deck was dope and it does dope ****.

Congrats vert I used my second vote for the fog burn deck too as on paper it was totally out of left field but performed surprisingly well despite no sweepers.

I'd get less votes, because it's "boring" to have the same guy winning all the time.

If the theme for the next round is already decided, why don't we get the brewing started? If we have more time to test/tune, maybe the decks will be better?
I for one, would like to get started and the playtesting could start next week

Well, i thought that some days off between the contests would be good to keep it interesting and a necessary break for deckbuilders. But if other people want to start it soon i can post the theme tomorrow.
