Now that we aren't affiliated with wotc we can talk about things they don't like. Forge is an incredible program that pits you against AI opponents in different formats and things. Think dotp with deckbuilding. They currently don't have online play but have recently added archenemy and planes and multiplayer battles. I havent tried those yet but they sound amazing.

But certain third party things were always allowed on the wotc site, so I'm just asking what their specific issue with it was.

Well we weren't allowed to talk about mws, and cockatice got in trouble. Forge is pretty hidden though, and I don't think they make enough from dotp anyway.

Or cockatrice.

dotp is primarily used to get new players into Magic. And it does pretty danged well. Forge doesn't really interact with that base.

But how's the AI on this? I imagine crappy.
