How is flicker being defined? I foresee a handful of decks with bounce/tempo effects over what I would call flicker but my idea could be skewed too. If my thinking is correct though, there are only a small handful of cards that cover the idea and we'll all be sporting
or
(or both) in the deck (
Essence Flux,
Eldrazi Displacer,
Long Road Home,
Acrobatic Maneuver etc). Now if we're counting bounce effects or just straight return effects, then it gets a bit broader (so say a spirit deck with
Spectral Shepherd or an artifact deck with
Esperzoa or maybe something like
Pia's Revolution with conditional return not to mention all the other bounce effects that you would typically find in tempo that 'could' target your own board).
I just want to make sure of the guidelines. This is generally one of my least favorite 'builds' so I'll wait to hear the outline before deciding if I produce some jank.

It should be straight return effects. Tbh i have no idea how many different decks we will see, maybe there will be some tempo decks and some more grindy, but i decided for this theme this week since many people liked it.
As for last week it could be only a subtheme for your deck, i think at least 8-9 cards should be inherent to the theme and most of the others will be naturally related to those ones. With a theme like revolt it was easy to choose the inherent cards, with flicker idk if there are others apart for
Long Road Home,
Acrobatic Maneuver,
Eldrazi Displacer,
Displace,
Essence Flux. Maybe i forgot something.
Anyway even if there are not many cards, you can choose any color combination, i can see bant, selesnya, azorius, white-colorless or maybe also WUX.
Also if you have a different card and you are not sure if you can consider it as flicker pertinent, you can PM me the decklist with a reason about that card and it could be fine.
Edit: Also
