I haven't voted yet. If 6 people are only giving one vote, I suspect those are the deckbuilders.

Nope

Magic's a simple game, 2 people take turns playing cards and in the end Divinevert wins 2-0...

Well, I haven't voted yet, and I won't unless I actually get some time to test the decks formally. I plan on testing them to 5 games each, so I probably won't have the time, but I really want to do it.

Don't worry DJ, I'll do the testing for the boths of us

Starting round five now
Maggits deck is first to win 5-0

Lol...ey, maybe we just broke the meta with this almost-improvised contest :V

Yeah, must be that... :)

Can the votes in the poll be public next time? I can't see any legit reason why anybody wouldn't like that, or have motives to hide their vote...is that a possibility here?

I certainly will mention my votes when I write the little wrap-up...

Elks deck also wins in a long drawn out battle against elves. 5-0

Sleep wins against lvl 38 Abzan player getting out early Gitmog and Nissa. I have double Sigil, Unity and a squadron of 5/5 angels, win! 5-0

DJ gets a turn 0 concession right as I was about to mull to 6!! It's still a win and counts as empirical testing. The Gods love a Texan. 5-0

Omg Gem just barely gets a win after I keep a three lander with only black mana. Then I stupidly fetch a forest instead of a plains and I can't play my important enchantment. I finally get it out and Husk with Treasure hunter and Lilly save the day against A tutelage deck with Willbreajer. Phew

All five decks won their fifth round! Looks like round six is going to be necessary

Ack! Another vote was cast and I'm falling behind! Noooooooooo!

And with Barney's piloting, I'm bound to lose that vote too.

I'll take that concession win, and I'll own it. They were terrified of the deck before you even played your first card. Boom... Vote for me folks. lol!

I don't think it's possible on NGA. We could ask the mods, but IMO why bother - it's not like we would discount votes or anything.

Shall I ever... find my way... out of this dim forest of despair??? Hush.... can you hear the raven?

Ok round six in full swing. Gems deck is first to win, once again with mans problems. 6-0

Edit: I'm not fixing that typo

Oh no!!! DJs deck falls to Boros Allies ! How embarrassing! I flooded so bad. It's eliminated with an impressive 5-1 record. I'm tearing it up as we speak. And then there were four after DJ gets his rose

Oh noes!! What's happening?? It's a regular slaughter fest 6000!! Sleephumpers deck falls as well to the mighty Selesnya Revolt artifact vehicle deck! You know the one. The dream ends st 5-1. Only three decks remain

Omg what a nail biter with Elks deck. I have Gideon on the table and use a scram expertise to drop Nissa as well. This was too much for our opponent who concedes straight away. I button mash X to accept the win but to no avail! An AI opponent appears from the wild and takes over. Not a worry I have two planes walkers and an army of tokens. Before I know what's happened, he has a 5/5 fling lifelong no first striker and a 4/4 lifeline first striker. I can't finish him off and he has killed my two planes walkers! I keep the pressure as best I can and manage to get Revolt stuff and oath of ahani dye. Super close. Elk remains with a 6-0 record

Maggit is next and if he loses it's all over and we'll have our two winners

Nope Maggits deck wins in a super long battle against Selesnya elves. The gear hulk combining with the boa constrictor really saved the day. Fatal pushes were HUGE this game. 6-0

Three decks move into the seventh round of testing!

Maggit is first up and wins vs radkos vehicles or something, 7-0

Woot woot! Never thought my deck would be doing this great. Could've been so much better.

My deck gave me no mana issues you just have to know what to find and when not just some random color because you felt like you needed all your colors.

Oh no!!! I played Elks deck in this pivotal seventh round and I must have been really tired! Elks deck runs into Gruul energy. A t2 brawler has us worried but we drop a Harvestir in response. He drops Arlinn Kord which puts the brawler out of harvester range. On our turn were holding up Collective Effort, Nissa Voice with a harvester and blisterpod on the board. We are able to kill Arlinn Kord this turn if we want to boosting the harvester with either Collective Effort or Nissa. But his Brawler is only at 3 power and we want to kill it with the Collective Effort so we patiently pass the turn to him so that we can get maximum value out of Collective Effort. He boosts the brawler once again with ArlinnKord and swings with Brawler and Some stupid 2/1. A-ha!! He has fallen into our trap. We pause the timer to cast Collective Effort but are unable to cast the spell.... we patiently wait assuming the game has not synced but eventually to our horror we realize that collective Effort is lacking the word Instant for it be a Sorcery and we be stoopid beyond words

Now he has a fully functional Arlinn Kord and he harass lightnings our Harvestor. We are holding up some garbage 3cc black creature that fabricates tokens but instead of playing a swamp to cast him for more much needed defenders, we play an evolving wilds assuming we already had a swamp our, which of course we did not. Our comedy of errors ends Elks run in round 7, sadly. Both he and Verts decks died to my misplays and they're my buddies :(

All that remains to play is gems deck. If he wins, he ties Maggits deck for the win, if he loses, then only Maggit wins alone. Off to play this crucial match!!

Either way it's all over after this game!!

It's over!!! Gems deck has a super rough start mana wise but builds up massive steam and luckily got matched against four colour diarrhea!!

Ladies and gents we have a tie! Both Maggit and Gems deck have tied st 7-0 records and I'm declaring both winners and will vote for both and encourage you to do the same

Maggits deck outperformed like crazy and I am embarrassed I declared it second worst originally. Gems deck has mana issues and wins in spite of them. How many magic decks can do that?? Congrats to both

Whew that was fun

Maggits deck only having two votes is a travesty!! Try it you guys

It's nice to see myself in 1st place. I could have simply built a "good stuff" Abzan list and added Fatal Push as my only revolt card but I wanted to be able to pack as many revolt cards as possible in an already established deck type. I'd also be thrilled if someone were to play my deck in a tournament. Its also nice to see vert stuck at 4 votes. lol

Your deck is not good. My deck is marginal at best. By all means, run this garbage in the Fight Club doe.

That was my question, if it was possible here

Reason? the laughs

Don't worry, u have redeemed urself

I think you have twice as merit as anybody else, minimum...and I'm gonna refuse the prize (wait...what prize?) so you can truly sit alone at the top of tHe iVoRy TowEr

(Sorry for the sarcasm...but I'm human after all...I have a limit, u know... :V )

BTW...Timh's build doesn't deserve 0 points...no f**ing way, it isn't a bad build...for me, it's in the good half of them...

Curious about something.... how would you rank the decks in terms of how revolting they were?
