I don't think Pure wants to start this thing again because of the amount of money in the current prize pool. I think he regrets it.

One possible solution is to reduce the size of this prize pool to where it was last season or reallocate some of it to the Steam and Xbox tournaments.

I'm sure he's just busy. Both Vert and I sent our prizes back. I'm sure he's just busy. He didn't register for Fight Club and he's the reigning champion

He could have put zero dollars into the Fight Club and still had a $100 prize pool just from me and Barney. It's not all about dollars and cents, Gem.

You're a good man to make it sound like we contributed evenly. i only put 20% and I offered it to Pure to keep for himself so it might not be in the pool.

love ya, you're a true champion. I'm glad you and Pure were the big winners from Kaladesh. I like that you and I both picked riskier decks for Fight Club too. I don't know where the Spike in me goes during these tournaments. I only play tier one on the ladder but in the tournaments, i want something to take pride in if I win the whole thing. Plus, i want the games to be fun to watch for my misplays and stuff

Seeing the builds, I wish I had found room for Harvester, but my list is overpacked. Maybe -1 Intimations, -1 Mindbender since we have alot less control than was possible.

Still, I'm well situated vs. Vehicles decks, especially if I'm on the play.

Plus, Unbeatable/Holy's version is jank anyway, so that really only leaves two solid Vehicles lists.

i don't understand why so many people are giving a free pass to ALL of the Mardu vehicle decks in the top 8. That would be cool if it happened but I don't see it happening.

I was totally going to play burn but I chose not to cuz I was worried Harvester would be EVERYWHERE. I almost played it myself.

The only people giving Vehicles a free pass to the Finals are Joly and Gem, because they are both playing Vehicles, and if they talk about the archetype as a whole, it sounds less like they are just rooting for themselves.

Speaking of vehicles, how does yours and batman's deck beat them? Looks pretty rough from what i can see.

No major changes. The Only Idea I see (from comments) for rule changes was don't cheat or risk getting banned. Covered under Kryder's "don't be lame" clause, cheaters would be flogged mercilessly we're they to exist, especially duplicate accounts, intentional glitches, and streaming your opponent to gain information.

I went with some post from Black Barney about the first 4 Challengers to get this back on track.

Note the prize pool is actually a thing.
