Mindblast is a good one, better than mech, however I did luck into a Ice Block the turn before lethal.

Without having played any actual match against it and only theorizing, I don't see how Mechwarper doesn't beat Mind Blast both on the play and draw.

Won first game as a Rogue, at 1 health, through two Ice Blocks with something that almost felt like a constructed Pirate deck. I enjoy this Brawl and that game alone was worth it.

It made me learn something I didn't know: the enhanced version of Shaman's hero power after playing Justicar Trueheart makes you always choose among all 4 basic totems, even if you already control some of them. Still the worst enhancement, of course, but I thought it was even worse.

Also, Neptulon is amazing in this brawl and made me win 2 matches: even with bad Murlocs (I'm looking at you, Tinyfin...), a hand refill gives a big advantage.

I curved out Savannah Highmane, Gahz'rilla, The Boogeymonster and King Krush.

I got a few taunt minions and it was game over for them. Played once. Boring.

This week's brawl features Dorothee as we saw her in the Karazhan adventure (minions to the left have charge, minions to the right have taunt), except she's not treated as a minion so she can't leave the battlefield in any way. You choose 10 cards and the deck will be built with 3 copies of each.

I made a very wonky deck, basically throwing together all the ideas I had:

I faced a Murloc Paladin. I played almost everything to the taunt side, trying to stabilize. When I finally stabilized I secured the win with 2 Kel'Thuzad.

EDIT: Unfortunately, the existence of Dreadsteed forces players to include silence and/or hard removal.

Won my first game with Magma Rager Zoo.

dreadsteed resummons ont eh side you played it so if they don't have silence and you taunt it you win. or play it on the haste side for board clear.

The miniature brawl is back: all minions are 1/1s that cost 1.

I just made my opponent concede by playing Argent Commander, Mukla's Champion, Faceless Manipulator copying Mukla's Champion, and finally Paladin hero power.
(It was a Reno deck, it was the most consistent play I could have asked for... )

I tried a shaman deck with Deathlord and Weasel Tunneler to empty the opponent's deck + replace it with Weasels, but the latter doesn't work the way one wants it to with Reincarnate.

I think this is the first Brawl in a while I've enjoyed a fair amount. Reno decks are a bit obnoxious, but I've been playing a bit of Secret Hunter. It's mostly just 50% secret and a Huntress, but you've also got a Bow for some nice damage, Flare for the random gotcha and Quick Shot for lategame shenanigans.

As an aside, the search bar is ravaged something fierce.

I am glad it is not just me.

I tweaked my deck a bit and I like how it runs now. It's mainly just a resilient deck with good deathrattles but I can survive to start pulling shenanigans with Deathlord + Sylvanas + Reincarnate + Hex.

The only thing I'm not sure of is if having multiple copies of a card in your deck increases its chances of appearing, e.g., if I need to put more than one Weasel in the opponent's deck.

I made a mostly-infinite combo with Apprentice, Arcane Intellect and Frostbolt, but there's not enough time to execute it.

I just made a dumb hand-buff paladin deck and actually did pretty well. I was glad to see people aren't universally playing the most degenerate stuff.

Every class has such hilarious decks.

why not ice lance? it's cheaper and more damage per cast.

Being cheaper is irrelevant when I need -3 to go off, and it's a lot less useful when I'm not comboing off.
