I'm so conflicted about this match cuz I want Vert to win, but if I beat him it shows I have integrity. Gem pushing for us to have this match shows that he has integrity so I owe him the same. Integrity is overrated imo

Barney is essentially crowning one of us Season Overload.

This really sucks for DivineVert. I mean, making finals of the 1st fight club to get pounded on by Donachiad. Making the finals of the afterparty to die to 3 consecutive topdecks in game 5 when I had no hand and no board presence. Becoming the player with the most wins in KOTH just to lose to a misclick on a gideon token (like it mattered), and now his fate is in the balance once again after holding the 3rd spot in KOTH for so long just to (possibly) lose the last deciding game of the season.

let's be honest. Pure is going to be this season's overlord anyway. There's just no way to beat that guy in Duels. It's like impossible or something.

See the thing is I see winning this season as being significant since it had the most challengers and the highest quality of challengers so far. I mean Pure was playing this time around and the guy is the opposite of a push-over. I loved all the matches I had with you and Gem. Lots of great back and forth. I'd just like to point out that, after securing a spot in the playoffs, my tournament performance:

Three 2nd places, a 4th place, and guaranteed at least a 3rd place. Never missed a top 8/playoff.

If I can secure this W, I feel like it would confirm my position as GOAT.
