Afterparty details:

Afterparty is a short fun tournament for a small number of players (minimum 8 players, max 16).

Rules are limited, as are the requirements. To play in this tournament, you need to submit a decklist to me via PM. Decklist is required to be at least 60 cards. Players may also submit up to a 15-card sideboard for use in games 2 and 3 of every match. The first game of every match is without sideboards.

There is no requirement to record games for the Afterparty...however, if there is a rules issue, it makes it easier to adjudicate. So, I would suggest recording or streaming your matches, though there is no requirement to do so. Also, since you do not have to record, you also do not need to post video.

Schedule is as follows:

Deck Submission by 1800 EST on 3 Jan.
Rd 1: 3-6 Jan (1800 EST)
Rd 2: 7-9 Jan (1800 EST)
Rd 3: 10-12 Jan (1800 EST)
Rd 4: 13-15 Jan (1800 EST)
Rd 5: 16-18 Jan (1800 EST)

At the end of Rd 5, the player with the highest overall score wins. This schedule also should have the tournament over prior to Aether Revolt release on Duels.

I need decks submitted by 1800 on the 3rd. They will not be posted until after the round ends most likely (I'm partial to people going into round 1 blind, like a paper tournament).

So being that I've been on vacation since the last tournament ended and not had time to test, I wonder what I'll play

Hmm I was hoping I'd be able to grind out the SOI set with the starter box before this thing started but it looks like I might have to fork over some cash to Wizards. I already know the deck I want to build. 60% done with SOI currently. We'll see what happens.
