Auramancer shows up twice in a row on the search results page.
Ethereal Armor has the same issue- and is in the exact same sets.

youtube links are popping up a thing about deprecated APIs and a link to this page, seems like something worth doing something about?

Individual subforums are taking forever to load on both my phone and pc. The main page and forum hub load fine but subforums feel like molasses.

Am I blind, or is this smiley: :P not in the full smiley list?

It's in there. Assuming the order is relatively set, it's in the third row down, near the middle, flanked by a :artifact: and a :z:.

You know, after you pointed that out to me, I felt a sense of déjà vú, that I've probably asked the same question before. It doesn't make sense why the smiley is put in-between two non-smiley symbols, though.

Well, the other smileys just couldn't take him anymore. They could handle the angry ones, and the happy ones, and even the panicked ones, but the sarcastic cynicism of :P was just a bit too much for them, so they sort of kicked him out of their circle.

It could be worse. Some like :ontopic: get deleted from the smiley page altogether.

Sometimes when I click a button to apply a tag to highlighted text, it applies two instances of that tag. Is anybody else having that problem or is my mouse just malfunctioning.

It was my mouse.

The random fact thread no longer exists. Was it deleted for mod reasons, or was the data lost somehow?

I'm unaware of any mod reasons it would be deleted. What forum was it in?

Off Topic Room I think. Could it have just been moved? Searching for it hasn't yielded any results. I know it existed at one point because:
A) I have a draft for it saved in my user profile (it says "The topic or forum no longer exists.")
B)I'm not crazy, You're the crazy one.

Odd. I can't find any record of it having been moved or deleted in the mod logs, not can I find it hidden anywhere. Welder, any thoughts?

Our backslashes appear to duplicate when posted in threads on subforums (confirmed it happens on FSS and Community Sets, but not in this thread or YMtC).
e.g. here.

The low mana cost does offer a lot of flexibility here, so that could be worth a lot.

But in terms of raw cost, you're basically paying 6+X over two turns, where X is however many extra lands you tap the turn you cast this. So if you cast Bontu's Last Reckoning and Scrapheap Scrounger, the Reckoning cost you 8 mana over two turns. That feels like a lot, but again, flexibility has value, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Edit: Is it possible to prevent the forums from automatically adding an extra slash to my shrug emoji?

Here's a test: If I quote this here and remove the extra backslash, will it get doubled again?

Edit: It did not. Huh. I thought the other weird characters might have had something to do with it, but nope.

nah, it's pretty much that \ is a special character in a lot of programming languages when it comes to text strings. It's for instance used for things like \t or \h, which correspond to tab spacing and line spacing, so you can't actually write the character normally because it behaves more like a function than a letter. Instead, you have to write \\. Because \ is the 'escape character', you use the first backspace to ignore the conventional behavior of the backslash, making it a normal character.

So basically it's an oversight somewhere in the code of some sort that either didn't take it into consideration, or a parser that forgets to correct itself, in all likelihood.

YingLung and praedatordetector's signatures are really **** up the formatting on my phone browser. I use Chrome on an Android-powered Google Pixel. Not sure if this problem happens with anyone else

Evidence

Super annoying.

For comparison's sake, here's a thread where neither of them have posted:

Control Image

Clearly, something about their signatures is messing with the margins.
