So does the person use a different deck for each game in the final best of five only? That's a really cool idea, btw.

That's what we did last season. It seemed pretty good.

Best of 5 for 2/3 seed cause you worked hard to get to that match. That hopefully accounts for the random game where all 26 lands are on the bottom or whatever. Why not different decks like the finals? I felt that whoever won would be at a disadvantage in the finals since you kind of gave away your top 5 already if that were the case.

In the finals, best of 5 again, but you bring 5 different decks cause, as you've shown, playing different decks from match to match is not only possible with this format, it's good strategy. It's a chance to show not only playing skill, but knowledge of the meta after 3 months or so of playing in that meta (plus entertainment value).

that night that you organized that cool triple kill for me, I tried three different decks for fun and I can't tell you how much more satisfying it was using different decks and managing to win. Rather than just one deck going all stompy-stompy.

plus, it's widely entertaining for all. Love this idea, Pure. You can do whatever you want for the 2/3 seed match and I like the idea of them playing the same deck for that entire match-up so that the finals are truly unique.

I think the 2/3 and the Finals should both be "different deck every time" just because it's so unique to this format and interesting.
