Quick question...does Padeem have hexproof himself? I didn't think he was supposed to have hexproof but only artifacts he controls? Asking because Duels is giving him hexproof which basically makes him a completely busted card if that's true. No way to remove him as the guy just put artifact creature after artifact creature onto the board, all with hexproof.

In Duels, I zapped Padeem to kill it and he stayed alive. I then looked and he had hexproof when I zoomed in on the card but it wasn't showing while on the battlefield.

1 Padeem is a lady.

2 Padeem would not grant herself Hexproof, she only grants it to all artifacts you control. If she was somehow an artifact like maybe she is a clone created by Saheeli Rai or via Saheeli's Artistry?

3 Are there other cards involved that might grant Hexproof? I know there is a green instant that does but I can't think of any others off hand...

Sounds like the green instant since he targeted her first and got his spell fizzled. If she already had hexproof then he wouldn't have been able to target her in the first place, as such it sounds like she was given hexproof at instant speed.
Also sounds like it could've been indestructible such as from Avacyn and Abaath was confused because he read the ability tooltips you get when zooming in on a card (e.g. explaining what Hexproof is because Padeem grants Hexproof).

Did your opponent respond with Blossoming Defense? You wouldn't have been able to target Padeem to "zap" her if she had Hexproof to begin with. So it seems like you targeted it, the opponent then gave it hexproof, and when your spell resolved, it saw the hexproof and went to the GY with no legal targets.

Playing a game with Asylum Visitor and Ghirapur Orrery out. I am empty handed at the beginning of multiple turns. The game decides for me Asylum Visitor has priority at the beginning of upkeep and removes a life point and draws a card. The new card in hand keeps Ghirapur Orrery from triggering. I understand you can't get both triggers but it's dumb to decide you want 2 cards and -1 instead of getting 4 cards and no life penalty. Basically Ghirapur Orrery should trigger first for the better trigger.

Is it a bug or a game rule at work? Wish the game would ask the player which to trigger first.

I'm guessing, but it probably has to do with the card that first entered the battlefield triggers first. Duels doesn't lei tou choose...

Duels doesn't let you order the stack for triggered abilities. It's a "feature".

I have a dumb question/bug/something. It's been a little while since I last played but we used to be able to right click on things to make them work (things like triggering abilities etc)? Because if we used to be able to do that then it appears we can't anymore. Am I remembering this incorrectly or what?

...well crap. That's a load of bollocks right there. How do they consistently screw up crap that already worked perfectly fine? Having to zoom in on everything is an absolute ball-ache - especially when the timer doesn't slow during that time.

2 big ones, the above mentioned right click is HUGE with PW's being so awkward to activate (clicking on ult means +1 apparently...)

Second one is when AI sacs Renegade map, it greys out the "finish" option, leaving you to stare dumbly at a mountain until you quit.

EDIT: Card animation sounds cut out a lot too. Music still plays but for 3 turns you'll get sweet nothing else until it decides to bother again. I'm only 20 minutes into playtime here!

I always zoomed on things to activate stuff. In fact, I wasn't even aware you could right-click on cards to activate their abilities. So... yay me?

So Unbridled Growth just became the most OP card of the expansion. Everyone gets to be 1cwhbc now!

My opponent played Grip of the Roil on my Gisela, the Broken Blade, which tapped it. So I bounced it back with Disperse and played it again. It should have come in untapped right? Because it came in tapped instead.

It seems we don't have rarity restrictions anymore. I read about using 8x Ajani, now i have to try this to confirm it.
