http://community.wizards.com/forum/mtg- ... ds/3961441I've said my piece. To Hell with them and their rubbish forum.
EDIT: Since, ten seconds later, I realised that thread is obviously going to be deleted for not worshiping Wizards' every decision, here's the content:

I've been without my main account for over two months.
People have been unable to play multiplayer on some platforms just as long. Multiplayer they paid for. I assure you, your rigid campaigns aren't the selling point of this product.
Hordes of unfixed bugs and half-written functionality linger.
The forum is still a smouldering corpse of what it once was. Over three months old and it still lacks over half the functionality of what it replaced.
How about you lot get your act together and do something other than nag like a bunch of old housewives? Try doing some work. Earning some pay. Doing something right.
I've been a loyal customer for twenty years. That ends today. Your crap attitude and crap work ethics and rubbish rules (how DARE people talk about our game on a forum better than the one we half-heartedly provide!) aren't worth it. Your products are given the minimal amount of support needed to milk people for money and not a shred more. You never go above and beyond. You never go the extra mile. We count ourselves lucky when you do the bare minimum we'd expect of any other company.
This coming from a guy who was pimping out this product so well last year that Worth Wollpert troubled himself to send me over a hundred dollars worth of rare foil cards. I still have them, safely kept, because that one gesture of competence and caring was the first, last, and best I've seen from your company. That man should be heading this project. He knows his stuff.
Enough is enough. You'll never see another penny out of me unless you get more staff with a conscience, a work ethic, and a much more decent attitude than "Monica's." I've never seen a company treat their customers so consistently terribly in my life except when the company in question was a front for a scam or criminal activity. You're not that, but you don't act any better. If you catch me talking about using any of your products in the future, rest assured, I didn't pay to use them. I'll use them at your expense, because you deserve the injury. But you won't be getting a shred of recompense from me. I certainly only got that one time from your lot after putting up with all the problems, faults, broken formats, broken products, useless customer service, and other issues - for two decades, which makes me more faithful than 99% of your employees or customers. Ever.
Enforce that.
