The problem with your assumption fable is that I know KoD was lying up a storm while he was alive. He probably even lied to the other fascists. I highly doubt that KoD had any intention of letting a public poll decide his actions. But even if he did give either the fascists or commies guns, that's just all the more reason for the monarchy to vote you too.

Check the OP. It says right there you need to be alive at the end to win. Were all a bunch of glorified self-aligned survivors. The only reason the Factions even come into play is as a game state checker (the game doesn't end until only two Factions remain). If you die, you lose.

Your belief in anything otherwise doesn't change that. It just makes you delusional.

Although that does explain your sense of martyrdom and loyalty that you hold for the Communists.

Lynching numbers today puts the communists firmly in control of this game and starts us all on a downward slope where we might not be able to stop them later.

If you don't think I'm right about that, I strongly urge you to reflect again on the game state. Only a couple hours remain, after that it will be too late.

Giving the Democrats the ability to wipe out my faction in a single night seems like more of a disadvantage to me.

I have to agree that it really doesn't seem very clever from my pov to give communist-fascists a shot at gaining lynch control next round, especially when they have mechanical incentive to stick together. The same mechanical incentive we have to oppose them.

You're not paying attention to the game state then.

The Fascists and Communists are working together. That means they have a team of 4.

You side with them now and take the Democrats down a peg, then they will have near total control of the lynch next round. If what they claim about having a gunshot is true, they'll likely kill another Democrat tonight. Then they'll have won, because they'll have complete control of the lynch and nobody can stop them.

Also, you fail to consider the fact that currently the Democrats have no interest in whipping out your faction in one swift blow. We've been pushing you for an alliance all friggin day. We've made it clear of our intentions to use our guns to put Democrats and monarchs squarely in the lead. If you are afraid of that you really need to get your head examined.

You also fail to consider that the Democrats offer of friendship to the monarchs might not still be present tomorrow once the commies have the game in a proper locked down state.

What you do here is probably costing you the game. Calling it now.
