My first game in this brawl started like this.

Me: Reliquary Seeker that Polymorphs itself.
Them: Wisp that casts Dark Wispers to make 5 more Wisps. Some 1-drop that kills my Sheep. (At this point, my opponent has a full board against my empty board on turn 1.)
Me: Voidwalker that casts Starfall, wiping my opponent's board.

I've been having a lot of fun with this brawl, but I had to stop after I lost 4 games in a row.

My first win, I was clinging on through taunts and lucky spell removal waiting for my opponent to run out of cards (we were approaching fatigue) until my opponent randomly cast Tree of Life which basically gave me the time to win just as I ran out of cards in deck.

best part about this brawl is it makes showboating basically impossible. once you've got lethal on the board, you better cash it for the win right away 'cause it you start screwing around you will always twisting nether yourself.

I've had multiple opponent's who had lethal opt to play extra minions just to see what happens. Usually they kill me anyway, but one time they cast Doom!, which I can only hope made us both laugh.

I did druid for a very slow three wins yesterday and I just won with hunter five in a row. I think hunter having cheap minions helped and the hero power to maintain the clock.

Hunter did it for me. The hero power made all the difference. Makes for some crazy games to be sure.

Went with Hunter as well. Hero power made sure to get some damage through even with my board ocasionally being cleared.

Nozdormu was my key card in the game. Got a good life advantage over my opponent, their board already has seven minions, I drop Noz, pass. They can't do everything it takes to retake control in 15 seconds (particularly because of the spells) and next turn I win.

After 8 losses in a row, my tavern brawl losing streak is finally over. I even got to cast Yogg! He cast three spells (because of a Cabalist's Tome earlier in the game), which mostly hit me, but also gave me three Madder Bombers, which were enough to push through the last 4 points of damage I needed.

Man, there are very few tavern brawls that I would've kept playing this long after so many losses.

I love the City of Stormwind brawl! You always win as long as you don't concede, so you can complete all your quests super-easy and super-fast. I had 3 quests with Mage and I threw all the burn on my face. Never been so glad to see my own portrait burn. :D

I got 126 with Zoolock on the first try, then I just built a suicide list to see how fast I could kill myself (turn 6 was the best I could do so far, although I only played one game)

I managed to kill myself on my fourth turn with a Cursed Blade/Inner Rage deck.

My goal is to hit fatigue in this brawl. Swamp ooze does reset his attack btw. Also i want to make him mirror entitt a majordomo. Also also also maraxas tried alex and alex does set their damage counter at 15.

After 6 less than stellar attempts, I finally hit 297 using patrone warrior. Ended up dying due to fatigue, but it was fun.

I look at the new Tavern Brawl and I realize that this time they had a good idea, everyone can try a competitive deck without having the cards required to build it. I choose Paladin without even looking at information on the net, I'm sure it's N'Zoth Paladin, what other kind of Paladin deck would make sense given the brawl's theme?
<Game starts, cards are dealt>
What kind of joke is this deck? I finally look up on the net... Divine shield deck?! :ookay:
How is it supposed to have a fair chance against C'Thun? Probably I don't know how to play it, but my impression is that it's pure rubbish compared to the other ones.

zoo is pretty good I guess
My first game I made the horrible choice of thinking the priest deck would be good, then I went 2-0 with paladin and 3-0 with warlock, against rogue, warlock, shaman, shaman, warrior and hunter in that order.
