Almost hit level 22 today. Also found a spot in town that is littered with Magicarp so I hope to be on my way to 400 candies as soon as possible...

I spotted one earlier. Considering the three feet bug we're dealing with, the little pile of pixels never came out of hiding. What size egg?

5 km. Haven't gotten a 10 km egg yet.

On another note, I just found out yesterday that your Pokemons' nicknames aren't visible to other players. Previously, I had thought that no one was giving their team clever names like me. It's a shame no one else is seeing my puns like "Eevee for Vendetta" (EV4Vendetta).

Since the egg was on your phone it kind of works.

Knowing humans, it is probably for the best.

Yeah, but the core Pokemon games already have a nickname filter to weed those ****ing ****faces out. Why can't we do the same thing here?

Are the main game censoring methods work? Otherwise I don't know.

I think they work. Maybe a little too well, actually: I remember that, at one point, you couldn't trade Cofagrigus without giving it a nickname because the filter picked up on that middle part.

Ah yes, "grig", the harshest of slurs. How come our filter doesn't pick up on that?

I heard the game has no real battle system like the main series games do. Is this true?

There is a battle system, but it is nothing like the rpg system. Also, currently there are no direct battles, only gym battles. They are planning to add trainer battles in a later patch from what I understand.

I caught my second Squirtle today. Now only 5,164 more until I can fully evolve my starter.

Jesus, they just hit 30 million downloads like yesterday. I read that nintendo broke the stock market record for most stock traded and greatest stock increase for the last century. Or something like that.

Is anyone still playing the game? I'm curious to see if it's still popular in other places.

My wife and kids got me into it, and we all are still playing.

I'm still having a blast with it (lucked out and managed to capture a Dragonite today), and I still see people playing it very often, but Brazil was late to the party. That's why I'm curious.
